This is by far the best waist trainer/band I have bought. It is very sturdy, nice thick material, fits very well and it stays in place. It provides a nice back support during workout. It’s sturdy but is does not restrict your movements. I especially like the adjustable belt on both sides, you can loosen or tighten the belt to your liking/comfort. The price wasn’t bad at all. It’s definitely worth the money. For those of you looking for a well made, great quality waist band, this is it.

Just wore for the 1st time at the gym. This is a solid core binder with neoprene that felt firm and stayed exactly where I needed it to stay. Firm but allowed me to breathe and brace my core while lifting. The back has boning so it stays in place. Sized correctly and just feels like a quality product. Would not use this as a lifting belt, it’s best used to just hold your core. Worth the spend.

This thing really makes you sweat! I love the two extra straps on them to make it very secure. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it’s a bit bulky. Nothing bad tho. Overall I’d give it a 4.7 rating. Would recommend and would buy again.

This is the BEST waist sweatband I have ever tried!! It fits nice, tight and it is very secure. I also suffer from back pain so the added back support is a huge bouns, instant back relief!!! I would size down, I normally wear a medium but I ordered small so I could get a tighter fit and it work out just right!!! It's a definite must buy!!!

Bought this hoping it was similar to Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer, but it's not at all. Does not make you sweat. Not with hot cream or without hot cream. Zero sweat. I do like it for a waist trainer though and I like the coverage better than Sweet Sweat.

Very nice. Originally I had ordered a small as per the chart- my waist is 30" and I could barely close it. I went up to a medium and there are several extra inches but I feel like the adjustability and ease are perfect. Super comfortable, my core feels supported, sweat is barely noticeable until you take it off and you are dripping.

It is the same size as my old one but with the stays and extra belt it really works with the body. I have 5 inches between the second belts so I'm not pulling it across. The second belts add to the needed stiffness where there are no stays. My waist is 27 inches, so I purchased a size small. I just received it yesterday and used it on my treadmill this morning. Works better than expected. It actually holds it shape while sitting or standing, no rolling. It really is fashioned after what we called girdles. That's why the time limit is suggested, they invented fainting couches for women wearing them all day hence, the three-hour time limit is reasonable. This item is much better than I expected.
