Best diaper cream BY FAR
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DIAPER CREAM! To the point that any baby shower I’m invited to this is the first thing I buy them.I fortunately found this brand through a bump box subscription I signed up for during my first pregnancy and it is the only cream I use. After using it on my first child, I have not used another product and now use it on my second baby as well. With any diaper rash I’ve experienced with my kids, this stuff has it cleared up quick! I would say within a day. I had a friend complaining to me one day regarding her kids butt rash and I let her borrow my cream and she was amazed in the results. In my option, Desitin does not allow a diaper rash to get worse, but really doesn’t heal it either.I do have one complaint about the cream, and that is if it is not used a lot, the cream does not spread on the skin easily. It’s almost like a thick paste that puts on, but once you go to spread it out it just clumps up and falls off. So once you put it on, you can’t really touch it again.

BEST THING EVER!! Holy 💩 !!
This must be the holy grail of diaper rash cream! It’s truly mind blowing how great it works!First of all it actually stays on the skin in between diaper changes (like all creams are supposed to do but nothing I’ve ever tried stays put like this stuff)!! I was shocked to see how little of the product had transferred to the inside of the actual diaper. It’s incredibly thick cream so I’d recommend one of those little diaper cream spatula/ spreader things. It does spread easy enough alone though. I don’t think it has any scent to it, I haven’t noticed any smell at all from it.And even better, you only have to use a fraction of the amount of cream to cover the entire rash area. I guarantee a tube of this would last at least 3-4 times longer than say, a tube of desitin, butt paste, or balmex. It also completely healed my daughter’s diaper rash after only two applications (which lasted all day, through many diaper changes, and yes I use wipes but the cream still stays on!) I only reapplied the cream after changing a dirty diaper. When changing a wet diaper, I was able to wipe her off without disturbing the cream very much. And since no wetness can penetrate the layer of cream, I know I’m still keeping her clean. (I’d also recommend this brand’s diaper change cleaning spray. It seriously gets baby’s little butt extra clean after a dirty diaper & also can help remove the cream easier.)Side note: my baby girl has very sensitive, dry skin (just as I do) and she’s is also prone to eczema breakouts. For example, if she poops her diaper while she’s sitting in her car seat, and I still have a ten minute drive home before I can change her, she will already have a diaper rash and it will continue to get worse throughout the rest of the day. Thank goodness I’ve got the solution for that problem now! This product is a godsend & I can’t recommend enough!!

Best Diaper Cream Ever
I have two littles and have tried every diaper cream out there. My mother swore by balmex, but even she said it seems they changed the formula to where it’s too gritty now. Destin is very hit or miss depending on the diaper rash, but I don’t like the ingredients. Butt paste seemed to be the cheapest option but it’s so watery and did nothing for my kiddos. My kiddos have very sensitive skin. I have tried A&D and aquaphor as well for the more serious diaper rashes. Again, they are hit or miss depending on the rash. I also am not a huge fan of the ingredients in those either. I took a chance on this pain in the butt cream and wow it’s a game changer. It works every time I use it on my littles. The rash is gone as quick as it came. It’s a nice thick consistency and it’s easy to spread as long as the skin is dry. I use a tube pusher to help push the cream when it starts to get empty. I know every kid is different but this is my favorite diaper cream so far. I even went back to butt paste because it’s the cheaper option crossing my fingers it would work, but unfortunately it did not. I will never be buying any other diaper cream moving forward!

Replaced Burt's Bees in our house
I have been looking for a replacement for, what was once, our beloved Burt's Bees diaper cream- and this cream is the closest we've come to finding it. It is thick for sure, but not quite as thick as Burt's. Still excellent however.I am not a fan of Clorox to begin with, and when they purchased Burt's Bees I knew it was only a matter of time and, sure enough, I don't know what they did to the original diaper cream but the new recipe leaves me missing the original very much. I simply will not keep paying a premium price for a product that no longer works the same and, in my opinion is worse. This is where this cream came in and so far, so good. My kiddo loves it and it does take care of any rashes nearly as well as my old favorite. We will be sticking with this brand/company. Product is well worth the cost and we like the clean ingredients.

Did not prevent rash
It was a combination of things. My newborn pooping a LOT, the type of diaper I was using at the time irritating his skin, and this cream not staying in place.Despite very frequent diaper changes, and using this paste with every diaper change, my LO still managed to get a pretty significant diaper rash. The least amount of moisture (like from a baby wipe) on baby’s skin, and the paste would just slide right off his skin. It was actually bizarre. This was even after patting his skin dry or allowing it to air dry.Desperate to soothe my baby’s bottom, I switched to Burt’s Bees diaper paste and Aquaphor diaper paste, both of which stayed in place on his skin. I also switched to a different diaper. His rash cleared up quickly, and hasn’t returned.THIS IN NO WAY REFLECTS ON THEIR OTHER PRODUCTS. Their nipple cream is absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately, the diaper cream fell short.
