Better than white rice or noodled. Great side dish that goes well with beef, chicken, port or fish.

This Bulgur is a medium (#2) grind, which is the perfect size for cooking with rice or using to replace rice. It's a good product, with a great taste. Perfect for soup and stews, or as a stand-alone dish. Usually best to refrigerate it for longest storage life because it has natural oils like brown rice. The previous reviewer who is all upset because this product comes from Turkey should get a life.

Product is nutritional but a little costly.

Its a great replacement for rice.

If you look the package over carefully, it says in English to use one cup of bulgur to two cups of water. Other than that, everything is in Turkish and there is NO indication this in any way meets US sanitary or dietary regulations. Use at your own risk.
