This has been very effective in helping to supplement my husband's need for additional immune support. It is easy to use, priced respectfully and has certainly seemed to help my husband to live a healthier life. For that, we are eternally grateful.

I took these religiously for several months during cold and flu season. I went through two bottles. I was the only person in my family who took them and I got just as sick just as often as everyone else. Once I ran out, I stopped taking them. I can't tell any difference.
