Kore K-3in1-Bench-N1 Decline Gym Bench (Max weight - 200 Kg , Black)

A great product

I’m not sure how other people who left positive reviews are using their weight bench, but if you are using it to actually lift weights it is not fit for purpose. No part of the bench that you lay on is stable, it rocks from side to side meaning that if you are holding a weight you run the risk of falling off the bench. Please note that the way it has been welded together in construction means that it will always rock and never be stable, the metal frame underneath the back rest is too narrow and cannot be made level due to the design.The metal poles welded together you will recognise from when you have your metal gate for your house made or the metal frame for a roof, the welding is terrible quality, rough edges, nothing is straight or correctly lined up, it looks like is has been done by a local welding shop, it is certainly not a professionally made weight lifting bench. Sadly the 2,500 odd rupees it cost is probably too much for the metal and welding work that has gone into the bench.I did not notice at the time I made the purchase that the seller does not accept returns, you can only get a replacement. If I could have just got a return and a refund I would not have left a review, but given that this was the only option left for me I thought I would write a review for others to understand the workmanship of this bench.

I have bought Kore K-WM Wall Mounting Chin Up Bar with Solid One Piece Construction Bar before. The material used was good but I did not did not find the same quality in this product. The material used was thin and light. Though I'm about to use for sports weight training purpose for the age group 15 to 19 years, i will not be using weights more than 20 kgs. So its ok for me. Overall its good for beginner.

Pros: Cheap and good arrangement.You can do Legs properly.If you plan to do all the workouts through Dumbbells, this is the best.Cons:The upper back seat is so thin and hence its not sturdy at all, had to tie it with rope now.The butterfly part makes no sense as it so small and close to the bench, even an adult with small hands cannot do it.(hence I use dumbbells to do the fly.)You cannot Leg curls as well with this.

Everything is alright , except the bench lol .. that is why I got it for the bench and the beanch only is not stable .. Its unstable and gonna break your back and have serious injury .. very poor quality . The leg curler rod doesn't even goes in coz the hole is not proper .. such a waste of money ... That's why don't go for cheap Stuff ..

Value for money product, good built quality, package received was nicely packed and no damage found, very good for beginners, easy to assemble the bench as per the given drawing, good for those who can't manage to go to gym due to busy work schedule and want casual workout just to stay fit and not planning for heavy bodybuiling. Will update if any problems faced

NOT EVEN FOR BEGINNERS.1) THE BENCH IS TOO LESS IN WIDTH THAT A NORMAL GUY WILL BE IN A COMFORT ZONE WHILE DOING IT.2)SUCH A LOW QUALITY IRON STRUCTURE THAT WHEN YOU SCREW IT , IT CHANGES SHAPE WITH THE SCREW3)YOU CANNOT DO INCLINE CHEST WITH THIS , BECAUSE YOU CANNOT EVEN LIFT THE WEIGHT UP AS THE STAND IS NOT AT THE APPROPRIATE HEIGHT3) LOWER BACK PAIN CAN OCCOUR WHILE LIFTING WEIGHTS WITH THIS DUE TO HEIGHT ISSUES4) FRONT SEAT IS NOT ADJUSTABLE OR MOVABLE. WHILE DOING INCLINE ,YOU CAN JUST SLIP TOWARDS DOWN.

Had ordered the more expensive 6 in 1 as pics show it had an additional support bar but instead received the 8 in 1 which doesn't have the extra support bar and is cheaper by a few hundred rupees so deducting one star as returning it is too much of a hassle..The board was easy to assemble and is stable with decent quality material used. cant expect better quality at this price point.
