Brilliant for headaches
I didn’t buy this for puffy eyes, although I’m sure it would work really well for this, but for headaches. I’m prone to cluster headaches, which feel a lot like someone has taken a blunt knitting needle and shoved it into your eye-socket just above the eyeball. It takes time for painkillers to kick in, and I use cool packs to help with the pain while they begin to work. I keep mine in the fridge all the time so it’s nice and cold whenever I need it.I know you’re supposed to use the soft fabric side against your face, but I really like the cold plastic against my eyes. The light pressure it provides feels lovely, and the adjustable elastic strap is soft and comfortable and doesn’t feel like it’s trying to squeeze my head like a melon with elastic bands around it. The velcro, even with the strap inside out (due to me preferring the wrong side) doesn’t snag my hair, nor does it scratch my ears or rub against my face – and when you’ve got a bad headache, these things really matter and are so annoying.The gel beads retain a nice coldness for about half an hour, and then stay cool for about that again. There are plenty of beads, so each eye is covered well. It blocks light well, too, which, again, is great for headaches. If you’re buying for headaches, I recommend having two, so you can swap them out as they begin to warm.

Good quality and fit for all head sizes.
This product has a reasonable weight of liquid balls meaning it retains heat for longer after microwaving. This is great for relieving symptoms of dry eyes and clearing tear ducts. The strap is also of a good length meaning it can be adjusted for a good fit, even for a larger head. Overall this is a great product, that I would recommend.

Great for soothing a banging headache
So pleased I got this. I keep it in the fridge and it's ready for whenever I get a headache that just won't shift. It's comfortable to sleep in and very soothing on the forehead and eyes. Only downside is I sometimes get my hair caught in the velcro fastening, hence the 4 stars for comfort. Other than that, I have found it good value for money and effective treatment for frequent headaches. Apparently you can warm it up too but I haven't found a situation where want to warm my addled head, so I have yet to try that.

No good after an eye op
I bought this for after an eye op, but couldn't use it because it was too rigid.It would be fine just as an every day cooling mask

Helpful for migraines
I bought this for a friend who was undergoing chemo. She used it every night throughout her treatment to offset migraines and help her sleep. At times she put it in the fridge to benefit from the cooling effect. Other times she used it as normal. The colour is great and the quality shows as well.
