Turmeric Supplement with 65% Boswellia Extract Capsules - Turmeric Curcumin Supplement 95% Curcuminoids - Boswellia Serrata, Black Pepper, Organic Turmeric and Ginger Root Capsules - 60 Tumeric Caps

I had been using a different company's turmeric with ginger and I thought it was ok, but I was taking 8 a day and sometimes even more.I saw Vimerson Health's Turmeric Boswellia. I am a licensed massage therapist and I get pain in my hands and back. I know that Boswellia is another name of frankincense and has numerious health benefits, combined with Turmeric it becomes a super anti-inflamation compound, equal or even better than prescription medication because it is not an NSAID and does not have dangerous side effects.That said, I took just 2 capsules at bedtime, my wrist and hands were swollen and really hurting. I did not put on topical CBD ointment or use any other products, just Vimerson's Turmeric Boswellia. Two hours later I woke up, something was different, I got up and got a drink of water and realized my hands and wrist was not hurting. I thought about taking 2 more capsules but told myself no l want to see how well it works. I slept the rest of the night (unusual for me) and woke up refreshed. My wrist was not swollen and my hand pain was greatly reduced. This was just 2 capsules. (Keep in mind that I have been using lots of turmeric so my results are faster than someone starting their very first bottle.) I took 2 capsules in the morning and started my work. Lunch time wrist was still ok, hands still has inflammation but pain levels low. I took 2 at bedtime that night (I know that is more than the label says, but I know my body is used to higher amounts of turmeric and boswellia is very safe to take.My results were the same as before, except I did not wake up until morning. Hands did not feel as stiff and pain level was low. I finally found the product that works for me. I highly recommend this product.

Turmeric Boswellia was recommended by our MD. No one used them so one day my wife, who is XX years old, tried them and after about a month fell in love with them. Her knees no longer are in pain and she swears by them.

The capsules were easy to swallow. The pills can stain hands but that’s common with any curcumin. Good value. Helped with inflammation. I wanted a higher dosage of curcumin than this product. I did like the added boswellea. I didn’t think that it was as effective as other curcumin I’ve used. I only used this for a month and went back to my normal curcumin supplement distributions by Healthy Directions.

About 3 weeks and I started to feel less pain in my lower back. 3 months and I feel no pain.

Upset my stomach with diarrhea. I forgot my 1st bottle was on a subscription and my 2nd bottle(unopened) is not returnable.
