I bought this to make butter mochi and it did not disappoint! The texture was perfect and the mochi did not last long.

Very good for many purposes, hard to find a substitute
I use this frequently for cooking. Gluten free, and it dissolves very well, unlike most flours.A good gluten free substitute for regular flour for pan frying is one half Mochiko and one half potato flour.It works much better than other rice flours I have tried.

Great for No-Lump Gluten-free sauces
This is great for making no-lump gluten-free sauces. It mixes in really well. I've even browned it for a good GF gumbo.

Messy but FUN.
I don't follow the instructions on the box when I make it, I just use YouTube videos and it comes out great. But it's perfect to make your own mochi but it is a mess keep that in mind.

We like the ingredients of making mochi . It was easier to find online then in stores. We love it and no complain. Good product and will order it again. Hopefully there a bigger product we could buy. I like it and recommend it.
