These look like really gross penises.

I was sent 24 whistles without the confetti, which is fine with me. The ribbon is a bit short but I plan on only using a bit of it to tie them on something & cutting off the extra ribbon so that's cool with me too. They work & look exactly as expected, made kinda cheaply but worth the cheap price I paid. The feathers get everywhere!!!

It says you get 20 but I only received 12. Also, the necklace/string is so small, you can’t even get it over your head.

I only received 12 whistles, the description says 20 come with the package. otherwise, they seem decent quality and came as arrived
