Great affordable option for collapsible steps!!
Let’s start off with shipping. Got here within 5 days, during a world wide shutdown from COVID-19. Two thumbs up!Packaging - was as robust as the review videos showed, but product arrived in perfect condition. Two thumbs up!Installation - 30 minutes on my 2015 Keystone Cougar. Steps detached from frame with two bolts, and reattached just as quickly. Holes lined up perfectly with my existing holes, and 4 bolts later I was done. Two (intact) thumbs up!!!Product itself - amazing. Simply amazing. Super sturdy, zero bounce in the trailer even when the trailer stabilizers are retracted. Folds/locks easily and the steps fold out with one hand. No more piling camco blocks like legos to try and even out the last step distance from the ground!!!!!!As an add-on, I plan on buying the shoe cleaner attachment too. Wish I had ordered it with the steps, but I’m sure I will find more things to add to my Amazon cart.

Very sturdy big improvement over factory
Steps were easy to install once I got the old ones out that were welded in place. That took a lot of grinding but once I had them out drilled 4 holes, the new fit perfectly and bolted in nicely. Very sturdy, less step rise than original set shown in pictures. So much easier for us and our old dog to get into and out of the RV. The old set had 3 steps and this has 4 now - model A8004 (4 ST here).Package was ordered on a Wednesday night and was due to be delivered the following Monday, but came in early on Saturday. Everything was complete in box instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. At first the steps were stiff but loosened up after just a few uses and now are easy to deploy and put away. Much more stable than original set and much easier to climb for us with worn out knees. I prefer this over the fold inside the door since we seldom are in camp grounds and would have mud, ice and snow melting inside after hunting seasons. On the pricey side but very pleased with the purchase.

Great Upgrade to RV
We love our Torklift steps. Much safer and sturdier than the original steps. Dogs even feel more confident going up and down. Install would have been easy IF we had side walls in the step well. Lots of videos on normal install but nothing on if your trailer doesn’t have metal side walls. I have an older Jayco Designer 31RLS and there is no sides to bolt the Torklift stair frame to. We were able to drill the back rails of Torklift box/frame and through the RV frame in upper and lower rails and then use large Self tapping bolts to secure it in place. My buddy that helped me has a newer than mine Jayco Eagle and his step well is the same as mine. Wish there had been more information out there on non-typical install by manufacturer or YouTube. Other advice I would give is if you are near the upper limits of the height measurement on getting a 4 step or a 5 step go for the 5 step. I was at the max height for the 4 step but when we got to various campgrounds the ground was uneven and I had to build up with blocks to use the stairs. I added a 5th step and it now works perfect. It was more expensive to add the extra step than if I had just ordered it in the first place ( saw another reviewer that mentioned this and should have listened to his advice). All in all we are very pleased with the product and would buy again and recommend to others.

Replacement for factory stairs
Our Grand Design travel trailer came standard with the foldout 3-step aluminum stairs. We felt that we would be better served if there were 4-steps instead of the 3. Installation was simple with only a couple of bolts required to mount the new stairs. The stairs work well and are a welcome replacement for the originals.

Quality product
I had an RV repair shop install these steps. The videos you see make it appear that the installation process seems quite easy but I didn’t feel up to it. In talking with the RV tech who did the installation he commended it was somewhat challenging being his first time and having to remove the siding to get to the bolts to remove the original steps and have the-room to fit the new Glow Steps. I went with the 24” wide steps that were the recommended size for my rig. I like having these steps, the steps look good and preform as advertised. The steps are well manufactured and I’m satisfied with the product.

Nice but treads slope
Two of us removed the old steel steps and installed these steps in 20 minutes. Four bolts and very simple.Seems to be built sturdy and operates smoothly. The walking surface of the steps are not parallel. When I adjust the ground feet so that the top step is level (from to back) each of the lower steps progressively increase in tilt (front is higher than the back). If I adjust the feet so that the bottom step is level then each of the upper steps progressively increase in tilt (Back to front). The top steps ends up with a very uncomfortable tilt.My 5th wheel measure 37 1/2" from level ground to top of step opening so I ordered the recommended 4 step unit. I now wish I had the 5 steps. The four steps will not extend out far enough and stay level to accommodate a sloping ground that drops off as you move away from the door. I would prefer the shorter stair rise of 5 steps that a very high top step into the camper and sloped treads.

Sturdy steps
Like these steps a lot - my only complaint is that it has two settings where the first step can be further down, so if you need a longer reach because of a campground site you're on, you can extend it. But, that means you have to sometimes fiddle with it. For the most part it's no big deal, but I wish you could set it at one level and have it always there, then remove a pin or something to get the longer setting if you need it. We have the 4 step and I really don't see it ever being an issue that the 4 step isn't long enough. Maybe I should have ordered the 3 step, so that's something to consider if you're ordering it. Save a few bucks and order the 3 step and uses the drop down for the first step, which would work just find. Other than that we are very happy with the steps and like that its not only a more stable step than hanging steps, it helps with the bounce going in and out of the trailer. Would recommend them. A bit pricey though.
