Great pocket guide for those who are wanting to start a devotion to our Blessed Mother and those new to the faith! Has a variety of prayers and is easy to follow along.

This is an absolutely gorgeous rosary booklet that is easy to navigate and read, has ribbons to hold your place, and explains all mysteries and prayers with beautiful illustrations. It is such a delight to use and to keep on my side table with my rosary. Gift quality and worth the extra few bucks compared to the others I've used before.

I love this little book. Very classy leather binding and a first class way to learn to say this wonderful prayer better. I’ve been saying the rosary along with some great YouTube videos for years, but as a connoisseur of many movies and shows that end or begin with some manner of Apocalipse… it dawned on me one day that doing it that way would be quite damaging in a world where people had to survive the end of civilized society. You don’t want to suddenly not be able to pray your “power prayers” like this one just because you slid into depending on those videos to make it more convenient for you. Learn your prayers MANUALLY. Have them in your brain. My rant is at an end.

It’s a beautiful little book and I love the additional information, not just how to pray the rosary, but $24.99 is a bit steep for it.

Handy, pocket-sized. So, its main focus is on the mysteries (which I can never remember), but as an added bonus, Engl/Latin versions of all the rosary prayers plus a nice selection of additional prayers, also in English and Latin. Very handy for those who sometimes stumble over remembering the differences of the Nicene and the Apostles Creeds, as well as the Salve Regina. Beautiful binding as well. Pride of place in a pocket this deserves!

I brought this pocket guide a number of years ago. Have been using for the last week during holy rosary prayer time. Rich & insightful. It is loaded with understanding the mystery just a little prayer at a time

Other reviews are saying that this Leatherette book has a low quality cover and newsprint. I don't know what they were expecting, but I've paid more for a book with the same description and received a lot lower quality. The paper is not as thin as newsprint. It could stand to be a little thicker paper and still be pretty compact. I know I'll be using it a lot so a thicker cover and paper would be a nice improvement. As for content, I think it's wonderful. It covers all basics in detail that's easy to follow. It also includes the Luminous Mysteries and instructs which mysteries to pray according to the days of the week. While the personal application sections are a great place to start, I'm still yearning for more specific examples of that personal application. Ascension has been providing a great service with live streaming of praying the rosary during the Corona Virus Pandemic, and so many Ascension volunteer rosary leaders have provided so many wonderful examples to meditate on. I lined space in each of those personal application sections would be a fantastic addition for further meditation. I was lucky enough to get this for a screaming deal late one night. I was able to get a second for myself. It's definitely going to be a go-to gift for sacramental occasions.

Well this book is not pocket sized or small. It’s the size of a 6x4 photo. The book is WONDERFUL for al you who love to say the rosary. The reflective meditations are very thought provoking. The illustrations could only be more beautiful if they were in color and voila I have colored. Pencils. I would HIGHLY recommend this book for everyone.

This is a great aid to prayer. Each mystery has the expertise from the Bible, a well researched commentary (with footnotes - prompting me to do extra spiritual reading) and personal application. The personal application section is fantastic - so many great ideas for how to encourage ourselves to imitate the mysteries of the rosary and obtain the fruits of same. Yes, you see what I did there. But seriously, a very practical companion, especially on days when you may feel a bit 'dry' going into the daily rosary.

I am very impressed with the quality of this book and even more so with the actual content. I am praying the rosary more playfully because of this insightful guide. it has important historical insights about the rosary that were very new to me. I highly recommend this impactful guide to the rosary.

I bought this in spite of a negative review, and was not disappointed. A wonderful guide to praying the Rosary, which is enriching my praying it with my wife.

In the introduction of this Pocket Guide to the Rosary, Matt Fradd quoted St John Paul II: "The Rosary, precisely because it starts with Mary's own experiences, is an exquisitely contemplative prayer. Without the contemplative dimension, it would lose its meaning." This pocket guide provides us with great insights for reflection and contemplation whilst praying and mediating on that decade of Rosary. One could read Personal Application section for reflection and contemplation too! We especially love the Prayers For The Holy Prayers section - English text on the left, Latin on the right. This is very helpful as we are learning to say (and sing eventually) the rosary in Latin. We're getting more copies for our family.
