It’s exactly as described. It is usedC but you can’t tell. I did have to contact the school to inform them there was a profile that needed to be removed, but that’s an audio fix. I do ask that the seller make sure their products are wiped and clear of these “profiles” that tie directly to a school or business. Despite this fact, the product itself wasn’t damaged, it runs smoothly and performs very well consider the support for a 2017 is dated. Should you get a 2017-2019, find a tech that can install Core Patcher. It is a must, because if you don’t get this software installed professionally by a tech, you machine will not work. It physically works, but Apple doesn’t support dated machines. Don’t buy a 2017-2019 MacBook 13 Pro in general if you’re ready to go the extra mile to support your investment. I want to be clear on this next part. The dated machine is not the seller’s fault nor is it their responsibility to sell you product that has Core Patcher installed. It should however, be the seller’s responsibility to state if there are profiles on the machine if they didn’t manage to have the profiles removed prior before selling them to you. I’m extremely upset when I received this device I was so happy I opened it was in sturdy bubble wrap but the charger was outside of the bubble wrap I don’t know why it was not protected. But I wasn’t too upset about that when I was on the phone with customer service they assured me the seller would send me a new charger during business hours they would be contacted because they were closed. I asked what year was the laptop again just to make sure the Amazon advisor said 2020. I thought to myself I remember having a different laptop in my cart but when I went to similar items I seen this one listed as 2020. So I changed it. Now that I’ve attempted to update the software(which is the only reason I payed this much for the computer was the year need software to be updated) and computer to last a few years so I jumped on this one. This thing is making all kinds of noises, overheating, charged broken. Yes it looks beautiful not a scratch. But this thing is defective. Also I would never pay this much for a laptop of 2017. When their are so many in the 200s on here. Clearly this thing is defective and I hope the seller will make this right. Im so upset. Again I will update my review if seller makes this right because this thing is sounding and feeling extremely hot. The sad part is I really needed it at the moment and I really thought it was a beautiful computer until I opened it up and when in it to update. I never have issues with products. If the problem isn’t resolved I will need a refund. I do not like to put bad reviews towards anyone’s business. I’m sure they have great computers I believe mine is just defective and older than what I was supposed to receive. Even the charger. Wow

I got my order on time, everything came in the way I wanted it. The device was perfect, i have a few buttons that are a bit hard to press but overall perfect

I was concerned buying this due to certain reviews. Once purchased it took about 1 week to get here. On opening it the charger did not work, that isn’t a big deal to me because of the fact I have another charger. If it were to be someone else it would be a different story. It was dead and took about 5 minutes to turn on when plugged in. When I looked closer at it I noticed a few scratches and marks but nothing I would be concerned or upset about, let’s be real it is a refurbished 2017 Mac Book. I was able to login quickly and everything has been working so far. I did have to do a software update because it wasn’t updated since 2021. All in all, I think it is worth the money. If you look at the price on a brand new Mac Book and don’t need anything fancy this is definitely the choice!

I have had this laptop since Friday, and I love it. The computer itself seems to work perfect most of the time. Seems to match the description as far as cosmetic details and performance. The only complaint that I have with the seller is that the charger that was included with the laptop does not work. However, with it being 2023, over half of the chargers that I have in my house are USB-C already, so it wasn't a problem for me to look through my house and find a charger that fits it. This could be a problem, though, for someone that may not have as many technological devices in their home as I do, because they may not be able to come across the correct type of charger like I was able to. This would result in someone either contacting the seller and requesting a new charger, which would more than likely take about a week to receive in the mail, or they would need to go to their nearest retail store and buy a charger that would fit a MacBook, which, in my experience, are never cheap. If someone did choose to wait on the seller to send them a new charger, this would result in not being able to use the laptop until the charger arrived, because the battery in the laptop definitely will not last more than maybe five hours tops with heavy use, let alone the week that it takes the charger to arrive in the mail. The description item says that the battery would last around 10 hours. One must keep in mind that the amount of use that you get out of any device depends on what you are doing with the device (how much you use it, the processing power needed to run the programs that you are using, gaming, video streaming, etc.). So, I can't really complain about the battery, because I have been using it rather extensively since I received it in the mail. There are some, very few, but a couple of cosmetic dings on the device; None of which affect the way the laptop itself runs and functions. All-in-all, I would say this was a good purchase, and, so far, I am very happy with how it is functioning. If something happens that the computer was to tear up or quit working for whatever reason, I will come back and give an update. Note: I only give the "accuracy" part of the review four stars because I was told that, even though I would not receive an actual Apple brand charger, that I would at least receive one that works for the same purpose as an Apple brand one, which is, of course, charge the computer. It does not charge the computer at all.

Condition was amazing! Screen quality was awesome too and the weight was kinda heavy but not too bad! Storage was great, compatibility was good!

1. The laptop arrived EXTREMELY filthy. It took me about 20 minutes to clean and disinfect the computer. I can tell it has never been cleaned and god's know how long. I have pictures but for some reason amazon won't allow me to upload the photos only this video. 2. Worked perfectly fine at first until I charged the laptop and begin using it then eventually closed it. Mind you it was dying a little fast but it was still on 80%. Opened up the computer to use again and it said that i was dead. I knew that couldn't be true so I plug the charger in anyway and the computer turns back on & shows that's in fact 80% charge. Even the computer states that their is an issue with the battery. It literally doesn't work now unless it's plugged into the charger. 3. Whoever stated that this computer was an A completely LIED. They never even checked the computer before sending it out to me after I spent my hard earned money. The condition looked fine but the inside was dirty & filthy... and it's obviously an issue with the battery as shown in the video and stated by the settings on the computer. TERRIBLE COMPUTER IS A GOOD F-

It’s my first time with a MacBook. It’s so expensive for the up-do-date ones so I took a chance on this one. It looked brand new coming out the box. Came with a charger. And it was completely dead. But it gets error messages sometimes about the computer has an error and had to shut down. And the battery life is terrible. On a run alone, it’s about 5-6 hrs. Maybe. Longer in standby mode. Speed is good. Brightness is good. And the screen quality is great. Design is slim and light weight. Loved how you can curry it anywhere you need it. The keyboard for me works excellent so far. So wasn’t for the battery and the error messages. It’s perfect 😍

He comprado ya con esta 3 MacBooks renewed, y de las 3 esta es la mejor, super bien cuidada y con solo 300 ciclos de batería, estéticamente muy bien y todas las especificaciones tal y como se describen, ojo esta MacBook debido a su poca memoria no es para que edites videos ni la llenes de apps, esta es mas para un estudiante de universidad o para navegar en internet y así, aunque es pro, no tiene la memoria para hacer tantas cosas, aunque le compres un memoria externa mejor cómprate un de mas memoria interna y mas cara, yo esta la uso para lo que dije, la universidad y para navegar en YouTube etc etc. Tiene el diseño nuevo, nadie notara que no tienen el chip M1, porque es igual a esas, yo a compre a un super precio, a 8mil, oferton!!!!!! así que espera a que este en oferta porque la verdad la super recomiendo.
