Classic New Orleans mustard
This is the classic mustard from New Orleans. My husband, a multigenerational New Orleanian, swore by it. It is smooth and not spicy. It enhances any sandwich or dish.

A Crescent City Staple
As New Orleanians transplanted by Hurricane Katrina, there are essentials without which life is incomplete. Zatarain's is definitely on that short list. This is not to say that there aren't other interesting dark mustards but Zatarain's is an ideal balance of tangy, mild spice and texture/ "spreadability" (if there is such a word). Although it seems like a sacrilege, we have gone to the larger "squeeze" container rather than the traditional jar primarily because of what has proven to be curiously scant availability.

Sweet and hot, just the way Emeril likes it.
Zatarain Creole Mustard is alive with taste. So good, you just might clear out your refrigerator to make room for Zatarain's dazzling, lingering taste.

Awesome product from a Trusted Brand
Wow, so yummy! More spice than Gulden's Brown or similar. Great for pork chops, and also on seafood. Tossed some shrimp in this and it was so good. Glad I can get this for when I want it!

Magnificent Taste
This mustard tastes great and I have tried various types of mustards. It is an excellent condiment and can be used to add a unique flavor to foods when cooking. I spent a great deal of time in New Orleans growing up and my aunt who lived there was a wonderful chef. She used this type of mustard. It is not overly spicy or salty and a great value for the money.

The perfect spicy mustard for me!
I discovered this when I was in New Orleans. I loved it! Just the right amount of spiciness. I’ve been using it now for 40 years, even though I have to buy it on line, since our stores don’t have it. It’s worth the effort. I like all the Zatarains products I have tried, unless they have black pepper.
