SGX NYC, The Piece-Maker, Beachy Texture Spray for Breezy Waves (6.5 Ounce)

I use this about once a week when I wear my hair down. Gives a noncrunchy texture and helps with frizzy flyaways. Does not make my hair greasy or tangled, both of which I usually have issues with. Has a nice smell but not overly strong. The spray nozzle does not clog up like other brands & continued to spray effectively until it was empty! One bottle lasted an entire year, so great value for the price!

I have shoulder length fine, straight hair. I love products that add boost & volume! My hair dresser during a recent cut & style session used Oribe Texturizing spray after styling my hair to help lock in the curls she created. Oribe product is good, but on the expensive side for my budget. I ordered SGX NYC Piece Maker as less costly than Oribe. I have not been disappointed one bit! Matter of fact,think I prefer SGX over Oribe!! "Piece Maker" added more volume & boost to my fine straight hair vs Oribe. It leaves my hair still soft & managable without a sticky, heavy hair spray feel and held my style all day! I have only used this product on DRY hair after blow drying with a round brush. You don't need to spray a lot of this product on your hair - - a little goes a long way to boost volume & control. FYI - I found same SGX NYC product online from WalMart for almost half the cost than Amazon. Shop wisely, but definitely recommend this product!

I bought this product to DIY my hair for my wedding because my tutorial said I’d need texturizing spray. I didn’t think it would make much of a difference but boy was I wrong about this product. It gave my hair so much volume for my up-do, and lifted my curls beautifully. I may end up using it all and buying more before my wedding lol. Over all I love the results and the smell is a bonus! It caught me off guard at first because I read others reviews saying it smelled bad but it’s a light sweet smell that masks the harsh chemical hairspray smell. Anyway. Love love love this stuff, will be buying more!!

It does it's job but I wished I had known how fragrant this was. I get migraines and one of my triggers is perfumes and this has WAY to much of a perfume to it. It's a great product and 100% works but I cannot use it without getting a migraine.

My hair is fine and gets greasy very easily, and also only holds a style if it’s dirty. Right after I shower (twice a week), I dry my hair, then use this. It gives my hair the perfect amount of grit to feel dirty enough to hold a style, but know it’s clean. The spray is super fine. And the scent is light and fresh. I will also use this during the week whenever I need that extra grit. Buy it!

I use this every time I curl my hair. As soon as I’m doing curling it, I spritz this directly into my curls. It immediately cools the curls and makes them last 2 days. This product is priced well and I’ve bought 2 of these bottles so far- and I’ll be buying another one as soon as it runs low. It lasts me about 2 months. Hope this review helps!

This product has a serious and strong scent that’s powdery and perfumed. I love hair products but I’ve never had one prior that I had comments that people could smell me when I entered the room. I only used this product once as a result. Too strong for me and those around me did not appreciate.
