OSOYOOKids Electricity Science Kit,Hands-on Electricity and Magnetism Experiments for Kids 6-15

Bought this for homeschool! Kids loved using it during our science unit, and they still pull it off the shelf once in a while to tinker around with it! Would highly recommend!

My son was into snap circuits at a children’s museum but even after 30 minutes there, he exhausted the kit. Wanting to expand his science experience while home schooling, I bought this kit. It was an instant hit! Our lego loving 6 yr old spent a solid 45 minutes building different circuits. Now he builds some as his “science curriculum time”. The electromagnetic coil does get hot and the hand crank generator isn’t the smoothest but for the money, we’re so happy to see how many different configurations he can do. It’s also a huge confidence boost to show off all the cool things he can make and encourages problem solving when a circuit doesn’t work. These will be our go-to birthday gift now!

Decent value for the number of items for teaching and showing basic electric circuit concepts. Kids like the motor and electromagnet. Cheap quality, brittle plastic that doesn't fit properly - leaves pieces not fully seated or breaks if too much force is used. Battery difficult to remove. The wheel axel hole widens each time you connect/disconnect, until it longer can join the axel - need to permantely glue together.

I bought this set for my son to supplement his online schooling during the quarantine as well as to have some fun with science. There are quite a few kits to choose from, but based on the reviews, I went with this one—what a mistake.As you can see from the picture, I have two of these. No, this wasn’t an attempt to expand the circuit possibilities, it was because the first one I ordered came with a broken motor, which is arguably one of the most important pieces as it is a central component to getting the fan/car to move and demonstrate manual electricity generation with the hand crank. The plastic holding negative terminal was broke, leaving it in two pieces and unusable.I contacted Amazon’s customer service and, as usual, we’re fantastic and had a replacement sent out right away.Upon arrival, my son excitedly asked for me to build the fan propelled car for him. I happily began to assemble the wheels to the axles... except I was only given three wheels. As tempted as I was to cannibalize the first kit for a wheel, I didn’t want to jeopardize the return, so I simply requested a refund.The quality assurance of these kits is terrible. I’m 0 for 2 on these and I’ll be looking for an alternative at this point. The kit comes in a nice case and, if not broken, the motor and electromagnet is of decent quality. Speaking of the electromagnet, it runs extremely hot when energized, so supervise your child when in use as it could burn them.Overall, I can’t recommend this kit as you’re truly rolling the dice on whether you’ll even get a complete working set when it comes.

My grandson just turned five and is as ornery as any young boy can get. Well we bought him this kit since he asked me about robot insides and I thought it would keep him busy and teach him at the same time. Well when he isn't assembling circuits and getting them to work his 7 year old sister is. I should never buy just a STEM kit for him and not her. I will be purchasing more of these kits for my other 6 year old grandsons and granddaughters. This is a great starter kit and can't wait for the next level of kit for them. I already picked it out and will be ordering for their birthdays.

This kit is amazing! My 6 year old loves this kit. Alot of different things you can do with it all you need is 2 x AA. It has a great storage case. Has all the wires with spade connectors very well crimped so even when my son is ripping on them they happend broken yet.

My nephew is 7 years old and is into taking things apart and putting them back together so I got this for him. He absolutely loved it! Was easy for him to do all on his own and he was super exciting showing his younger cousins.

This product & it’s delivery were just as described & promised. Our almost 7 year old grandson really enjoyed doing the projects with my husband. I wasn’t as good assisting him. I would definitely recommend it & it would make a nice gift!

子供の自由研究と予習のために、買ってあげました。子供がこれで予習することで、95点というハイスコアを獲得できた面白いほどよく理解できるフルセットです。自由研究でも、風力発電の模型を作れた素晴らしい作品となりました。

色々な組み合わせ方ができておもしろい。マニュアルが日本語なのはうれしいが、直列の直の字が2本で使われてない書体だったりして、日本の子供は戸惑うかなと思います。

想像通りの良い商品でした。しかし、説明書が小さく分かりにくいと思います。実際の組み立て方と配線図を記号化したものを並べて、もっと大きくしていただけると良いと思います。

手で回す歯車部分が折れていたり、黒色の線を繋ぐねじ回しがバカになっていたりと不良品が多数混ざってます。新しい物と交換って出来ないですか？子供が楽しみにしてたから出来ればちゃんとした商品が、ほしいのですが。

電球のつかない物があったので、商品発送の際は確認してほしい。
