Does the job in my central heating system as the previous one had died after 16 years service so on that basis would have merited 5 stars. My last valve cost me Ā£16 however but this one cost Ā£45 thus I marked it down to 3 stars as I cannot understand why such a big price increase for something that appears exactly the same!

Luckily, one just carries on....
The product is fine [5*] BUT is an alternative to the model ordered - without any warning or explanation. Secondly, the carrier was the Post Office. The was a message that 'no one was home' for a, supposed, first attempt when in fact 2 people were home.
