Great easy to follow recipes that are typically very close if not spot on the originals.
I absolutely love the recipes that Todd Wilbur does. I find most of the recipes to be very good clones, with some to be either spot on or even better than the originals. Additionally, I love the fact that almost all of the recipes use ingredients that MOST everyday consumers would have in their homes, instead of rare & exotic ingredients that cost insane amounts of money & are only available for 2 weeks out of the year... In specific regional locations (Anyone who is more than a novice cook knows what I'm talking about here). I have since purchased at least 6 of Todd Wilbur's books & although a few of the books have duplicate recipes, I am very happy to keep experimenting with these wonderful & easy to follow recipes.

We love this book! Totally glad we purchased it!! :)
This book was every bit as good as I imagined it would be! It's like eating in a restaurant while also have the creative fun of doing it yourself! We love this book in our house, and frequently just thumb through it imagining what we will try next. I also strongly recommend this as a gift for anyone who enjoys kitchen experimentation. A worthy purchase!

Starbucks Scones at Home
I saw this book at my local library. When I found that it had recipe clones for Starbucks pumpkin and maple scones, I checked it out. I love those scones and have always wanted to bake them myself. I tried both recipes last night and was very impressed. The recipes were clear and easy to follow, and better yet the scones both looked and tasted like the real deal. Now I'm buying this book. I want it in my home library and I look forward to making many more recipes from it.

Bought as a gift
The book arrived on time. It was a gift for a relative ! I started out with the first Top Secret Recipe Book when it first came out. I'm not fond of the drawings within, Px would be better. But , I was told this one had alot of the older recipes printed within it. Which was for this person I was sending it to, perfect !

Recipe copies
I have purchased books in this series before, and love them! From this particular book, I made the Lemon Bread from one of the famous restaurants, and it was proclaimed delicious by my friends and family. I don't know if it was a clone, though, as I never bought it. From another book, though, I made several recipes..the Cole Slaw from KFC comes to mind first, and it was an identical! I also made shakes, and a few other copies. All good! I recommend these books.

Interesting but small
I didn't read every page because i'm giving this as a gift but from the pages I read it was very interesting with each recipe it comes with background on its history and the recipes seem really simple. The only set back is the size its only about the size of a DVD case. But all in all great deal for what you get.

As described, and received timely.
I bought this for a young man with a great interest in cooking. Anxious to hear how he likes to be able to de-construct food. Received timely, and as ordered.
