This bottle is very easy to run and drink from while running.

So much easier to drink from than the regular soft bottles. Very pleased

I've done a lot of miles with UD flasks, but had yet to try the straw tops. In the end, I'm going back to the standard bottles. I don't like how the straw flops around out of the top of the holster, and the added fluidic drag through the straw means water is not as free flowing as standard bottles. The added convenience of having the straw more accessible than the nozzle of the regular flask was not significant to me.My biggest complaint is that that they changed the size of the opening so that my other tops are not compatible with these bottles. Dropping from 3.5 stars to 2 because of that.If you really like the convenience of the straw, don't mind the reduced flow, and don't need to be backwards compatible with existing "regular" flasks, then these will probably work for you. Not for me, though.

Of course they make the cap size different than the other flask so I have a straw now for nothing. Item look good but Ill never know how it works. They package the product inter tangled in the crease of the seal so you open the package and rip the bottle. If they refund me I will order again and review the product which looked pretty good.Update* Returned the item to a Locker never heard from it again its been almost two months.

Worked excellent and the longer straw is just what I needed for my trail runs.

Good fit for my Race Vest 3.0

The straws length continually rubs on your face while running, and the stiff material of the hoses kinks if you leave them in your hydration pack and try to draw from them without removing. The open/close valve is troublesome as well, and prone to closing when attempting to drink. If the straws were an inch or so longer, and made of a similar hose type to main bladder bags than they would be much more accessible. Would not recommend.
