Hello, the size of this screw hole is about 0.7mm/0.027inch. This product contains screws, so you don't need to buy them separately.

Does the pull handle have thru bolts?

NO you see the screw holes pre drill the holes on what u would mount the pull handles on i use liquid nail on the back of the stainless plates on both after i pre drilled the holes then screw the plates onto the door havent came off yet there good i will order another set at later time
