Great humidor and exceptional customer service
This was my first ever humidor and I'm not disappointed. I choose this humidor over others mainly due to the very handy accesory drawer that allows me to save space and have all my cigar accesories in one place. Out of the box the humidor looks very stylish and the construction seem solid, looks like it will fit a good amount of cigars and the magnetized lid is a huge help on maintaining the humidity levels. It comes with 2 different bottles of humidor solution (one for winter climates/season and a normal one), clear instructions and video tutorials on how to season it properly, only thing I'm not a big fan is on their whole solution and gel method, I think I will move to boveda packs once I finish the solution bottles, as it is a more convenient method. After the seasoning I was able to put inside my cigars and so far it has maintained a quite stable humidity level, altough I love the look of an analog hygrometer, the digital hygrometer that comes with the humidor is a more sensible and accurate choice. Finally its a joy to be able to see your cigars from the outside thanks to the glass top, I'm very pleased with the product. Be aware tho, the kit no longer contains the Hydro Stick/ dividers anymore, I was quite disappointed on that, as it was described as included in the product page and was keen to have one. Now here comes the amazing customer support, after registering the humidor on the manufacturer website I recieved an email from the manufacturer offering further customer support, hints on seasoning and more, so I decided to put forward a request on the missing hydro sticks; the team from customer support informed me that they no longer include them but they were kind enough to go ahead and send me not 1 but 2 hydro sticks plus some extra gel at no cost; so I really appreciate the company going the extra mile for their customers. Great buy, and will consider their other products in the future.

The tight seal showcases expert engineering, ensuring the perfect environment for your cigars. The generous amount of Spanish cedar not only pampers your cigars but also delights the senses with its rich aroma. My first humidor
Delving into the world of cigar aficionados, the Renzo Glass Top Humidor has proven to be a delightful addition. The humidor is very well cafted, and advertises a hidden magnetic seal, spanish cedar, accessory draw, and a humidity kit. Its design is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. Now the humidity. I'm a lazy man, as bill gates said the lazy man will find a way the easy way to do the difficult job.. enter boveda packs. So I havnt used or tried to use the provided humidity kit. I'm sure it's very good however for me seasoning the humidor for 2 weeks with 2x 84% packs and then adding the 72% packs worked a treat. It maintains around 67% humidity which is just how I like it. If you aim to get that higher, boveda offer a 75% pack which is designed for Glass Top humidors. I'm an occasional cigar smoker, maybe 1 or 2 per month, if you are the same, or a begginer to the cigar world this humidor will be a great addition for you too.

Overall good but some improvements required
The drawer at the bottom isn’t designed as well as it could be. Otherwise it’s a good starter humidor and easy to set up and use The sellers customer service is also good

Quality & Good Value!
I have been using this for some months now, and it does the job perfectly, although the hygrometer is usually a couple of digits inaccurate up or down. I understand it's hard to get the hygrometer to present perfectly, and it doesn't affect the use and quality, so you can still rely on it. It has a good presentation, good features, and sturdy, good-quality craftsmanship. I switched to using Boveda sachets, which are much cleaner and easier. It took 3-4 days to season it. I would recommend this brand.

Well-Sealed, Reliable, and Perfect for My Stogie Stash
This humidor has been a fantastic buy. It holds humidity impressively well, and while the included humidifier gel worked fine, I’ve switched to Boveda packs for easier upkeep—no regrets there. I’ve currently got around 30 robustos inside, having removed the wooden tray to maximize space, and everything's sitting perfectly thanks to a base layer of cedar wood shavings that I got on the cheap. The digital hygrometer is surprisingly accurate—only +2% off compared to my calibrated meters, which is more than acceptable. The seal is tight, and all my cigars are maintaining ideal humidity, staying nicely seasoned and ready to smoke. Now that the UK weather’s turning, this box is fueling some fine beer garden sessions. Highly recommend—whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned aficionado, this humidor won’t let you down. As Arnie once said, I can smoke stogies because I am a stud, I am ballsy, I don’t take no sh*t from anyone. I smoke my stogie anywhere I want. I don’t have to find a hideout place, like YOU. Muhahaha

Great value for money
I was a little sceptical about this product due to the price. I am now a very, very happy customer. The product is extremely well made and looks good. It holds all of the different sizes of cigars I have. Following the very comprehensive instructions it was very easy to season and set up. What was particularly good was the after sales emails from the company offering additional advice and support. I would recommend this product.

Highly satisfied with my Renzo Humidor. It looks great and temperature and Humidity levels are consistent at just where I want them to be. Videos on the website and the seasoning guide that came with the humidor were easy to follow. I did have a question during the seasoning process and the Case Elegance team was responsive and helpful, they even proactively reached back out to check how things were going a few days later. I’m highly satisfied with my purchase and am confident in recommending to others.

Rien à redire tout est bien pour ce petit prix le système de peg est vraiment intéressant pour moduler, le système hydro est très facile et l'hygrométre est vraiment précis pour du digital À recommander le plus possible

Build quality is pretty good. Seasoning went well and the humidity level is preserved steadily. Be mindful of the space inside - won't work if you have too many cigars. Definitely recommended.

I got into cigars in a big way years ago. Like many people, I started with a desktop humidor like this one and later graduated to a much larger system with active cooling and humidity control. But every so often I would head to my best friend's house with a couple cigars from my collection in my old desktop unit and gradually he started expressing an interest in starting his own collection. So this year for his birthday I bought him this humidor, seasoned it for him and added about a dozen cigars from my collection as a starter sampler. I also added a three flame torch, a V and straight cutter, and a package of 60 gram Boveda bags. It went over well, and here are the things I think contributed the most to the wow factor: 1. The personalized etching. I know that many people frown on glass top humidors with passive humidity control systems, and I tend to agree they don't always function the best, but it's hard to ignore the shear aesthetic value of a glass window with a family name etched into it shadowing down onto the cigars. It just looks classy and sophisticated, and let's face it that is at least part of the fun of getting into fine cigars and liquor. In any case, I seasoned it for a week and it held its humidity nicely the entire time. 2. The accessories shelf. Particularly for someone new to the hobby, you might not want all the various tools spread out everywhere; you want a self-contained unit that you can pickup and bring to wherever you are planning to enjoy a cigar with minimal muss and fuss. 3. The digital hygrometer. This was a BIG selling point for me as I'm well aware of how utterly useless those analog hygrometers are. In my experience the least accurate digital model is more accurate than the most accurate analog and the first thing I always do with a new humidor is ditch the analog for a digital replacement, so I really appreciated being able to skip that step and have it look fit and trim with the construction of the box. 4. The overall construction. As anyone with experience knows, humidors have a wide range in price, even in desktop units. Given that a quality desktop humidor can cost $1000 or more, anything in the ~$100 price range would probably only qualify as a nice entry level model at best. Absolutely nothing wrong with that; there is a strong decreasing return on investment as you climb above that price, with refinements that will likely go unnoticed by most anyway. So what I wanted to see is construction that feels solid, with precision that passes the finger test (run your finger along the edges of the humidor, does it feels smooth and even?), the dollar bill test (is the seal on the lid tight enough to hold a dollar bill?), and smooth action on the hinges (does it wobble and creak when you open and close the lid or silently turn?). This unit feels solid, and the faux walnut finish looks nice, without ripples or chipping or loose edges. In short, I think you could place this on any nice executive desk without it looking at all out of place. My only real gripe with the humidor is in the instructions, where they try and convince the owner that somehow Boveda packs, despite being an industry standard and staple, just don't work with this humidor. This is almost certainly in the service of selling you an ongoing supply of humidor liquid, a high-margin product they push heavily in the product literature. The problem is that liquids alone tend to over humidify a box, and while they do supply a tiny bag of gel beads with the humidor, their humidification system is clearly based upon liquid in a tray which isn't great. I recommended that my friend toss the tray and replace it with Boveda packs which will provide better overall performance, at a rate of one 60 gram bag per 10 cigars, rounding up. So the bottom line is I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for their first humidor or as a gift of same. It provides a handsome looking place to store up to 20 or so cigars (I wouldn't try and cram more in there unless they are smaller cigars) along with the accessories you'll need, and should be able to keep your cigars in fine shape if stored in a temperature controlled environment out of direct sunlight even if you only use it once every couple of months. Anyone who takes a daily cigar or expands to a larger collection, however, may find that keeping the humidity high enough is a challenge for any desktop unit and should consider getting a separate humidor that they can fill the desktop unit from once a week since desktop humidors don't handle frequent access well.
