BENFEI4K HDMI Coupler, 2 Pack HDMI Female to Female Adapter

I received a DirecTV streaming dongle to test out. It is similar to the smaller Roku dongles with a male HDMI pigtail connector. My set is wall mounted and I didn't want to fight my hand behind the set and blindly search for a receptacle so I bought this adapter.With this, I was able to unplug the HDMI cord from the original DirecTV streaming box and then use it to connect to the dongle.It works perfectly and there is no degradation in either video or audio.

Works as described

The two adapters were each opposing orientation which was a plus to plug into- to get cords out of sight, HOWEVER, the adapter didn't always make connection, failing at least 3 out of 4 times and finally not at all. the other adapter worked, but its plug orientation is backwards for my application. Long story short, buy a better quality adapter.

These couplers works great. Bought this to connect my miniPC stick to 6-feet HDMI cable which in turn connects to the HDMI splitter transmitting video to my TV .Picture quality is very good. No issues at all. I don’t have 4K TV so can’t comment on that. But this product is good quality and seems to be promising with 12 month warranty included.Came in just a unlabeled plastic bag which gives sense of generic product. And if that is the case then it is definitely costly for set of 2. I have seen such generic set of 5 or 6 for $6 even. However brand name is written on couplers negating that fear.

This worked perfectly for what I needed. I got a fire stick and did not want the power cable to show. I already had an HDMI cable running through the back of the wall so I connected that to the TV and the fire stick to the other end of the HDMI cable which was hidden in my media cabinet and connected it to the power right there so all cables are hidden!

Just right

Worked without any problems. I used it to extend a laptop HDMI cable to connect to a TV that had an HDMI Cable. The TV was in a rented RV and it would’ve been very difficult to get to back panel connector of the TV through the wall panel. It was an easy solution ... this little adapter connected my laptop’s HDMI cable to an existing (short) cable that was available at the RV’s wall panel. We had downloaded movies from Netflix to watch during our trip!I now use this adapter for another purpose: to connect a Microsoft Surface laptop’s mini-DisplayPort-to-HDMI cable to an HDMI-to-DVI cable. This allows me to use my newer Win10 laptop with an older DVI monitor (no HDMI port) in a dual-monitor setup. In this usage, it saved me the trouble & expense of getting a mini-DisplayPort to DVI cable, making it work with cables that I already had.

used one of the two to connect 2 HDMI cables. the longer cable worked. don't know if a more expensive coupler would have worked any better.

The media could not be loaded.  Used to connect a Firestick to the end of a cable which happily displays my PC screen on TV. The video from the Firestick comes on - goes off at nice regular intervals. Firestick works if plugged into TV directly.Everything feels solidly connected and tried both adapters. Not worth the effort of returning

I didn’t expect this at all! I have a ‘walled-in’ HDMI cable from the TV, through the wall (concealer), and which comes out the other side of the wall. But it is a ‘male’. So I cannot connect my Amazon Fire TV Stick into it. Because the letter is also a male!I knew I could rely on Amazon. So one search and this product comes up. And it is so cheap.It is tiny so it doesn’t take up any space.It works so well - your plug the wall end of the HDMI to the one side of this adapter, and the Fire Stick to the other end.Wow! So simple.I can’t see any distortion or negative effect, because I watch Wimbledon on HD and it is perfect.

A great little accessory - I use it as an HDMI switch (placing it in a convenient location where I can easily swap between two different inputs). Where in the past I’ve had some issues with actual HDMI switches dropping signal, or being slow to detect etc. this coupler has been perfect 100% of the time

Needed one of these to go between an HDMI splitter and the hdmi cable to my TV... It just worked! Really nothing else to say...I have a spare now for any HDMI cable extending emergency... Should such an event arise!

I needed these ASAP for a Saturday project yet when they came, one end (of each) were bent beyond use. Luckily, I managed to buy 2 replacements from Amazon Basics that were cheaper and better than the ones supplied by Benfei. My Saturday Project became a Sunday project instead.
