Quick and easy!
This is surprising easy to do. It gives you all the tools you will need and then some. It took about 10 minutes start to finish, including watching a YouTube video. I ordered the ice blue one and while it's not an exact match to my phone's color, it is a perfect fit. I did not have a heat gun so I used a hair dryer and it loosened the adhesive enough to remove the broken piece. I cleaned out all the shards of glass and any adhesive left then used the wet cloth (which is just a lint free cloth with rubbing alcohol) and wiped down any dirt and checked for additional shards of glass. I checked the new camera lens to make sure it didn't have any smudges on it, peeled off the backing and popped the new piece onto my phone. I cannot attest to the longevity of the new camera lens, but it was easier to replace than doing a screen protector. I don't even mind that the new piece is slightly lighter in color than my phone. Everything is fully functional and that's all that really matters to me. So far very happy with the purchase.*UPDATE* So it's been a while since I've purchased and installed the rear facing camera glass. I've dropped my phone quite a few times and the glass is still going strong. Absolutely worth it!! I'm still extremely satisfied with the product.

Perfect replacement
It was more difficult than I thought to find a cover that had the cover and glass in one piece. Let alone from a US company. I am very impressed with my purchase. It has an exact OEM look and feel. I'm not sure if it retains the water resistant rating, but I don't plan on testing that. It was super easy to install with the included kit, but don't expect it (the kit) to last long. But it did get it's job done. The adhesive ..... just buy your own. It lasted all of 10 minutes before it fell off. No biggie, I didn't expect that part to last anyway. I paid a bit more than others for a quality replacement part, so I don't count the adhesive and one-time use kit against it. High quality part and will definitely buy from again.

Great fit, easy install, color is off.
Fits perfectly. Install is basically a no-brainer as soon as you get the old glass off. I used a hair dryer with high heat and the fan on low, like lots of others who bought this product. Just take it slow and be patient. However, this does NOT match the color of the original glass or the back of the phone. It is closer to the color of the fingerprint scanner, which helps it look like it belongs, but still not perfect. If I didn't know what the phone looked like I probably wouldn't notice. Included tools were great, especially tweezers.

How to use this without Youtube
Without any instructions other than to go view a YouTube video, I was hesitant to buy this. I went to YouTube and there are about six different videos. I watched two of them, and both had different ways to change the camera lens cover. I skimmed all the others, and none of them has instructions using the parts that come with this. Therefore, in this review I thought I explain what I did in case it helps anyone else.I disregarded the YouTube instructions that used the heat gun. That was too much trouble, and I was afraid of damaging the phone by using too high heat (having previously broken window glass when using a heat gun on the frame to remove paint). Instead, I liked the instructions where the cover was just peeled off and then stuck back in place. However, as with most things, actually peeling it off was not as easy as the video, and did not work out quite the same.I used the "opening tool" that comes with this product to carefully push down into and around the groove edge around the camera cover on the back of the phone. Then, in the bottom middle of the camera cover under the central light between the two camera lenses I used the same tool to start prying out the camera cover. The glass started breaking so I got a paper towel to put in my lap and continue the operation over that so the broken glass would be caught. I kept prying and breaking tiny pieces of glass until I could fit the black plastic pointer that comes with the kit under the camera cover and start prying. I tried to use the accompanying plyers to pull off the cover, but found it easier to just grab it with my fingers and pull it off once I'd pried up enough of an edge to hold.As I pulled it off, it came with most of the black plastic adhesive attached to it that originally held it in place. I then used the "wet" wipe to carefully wipe around the area, avoiding touching the camera lenses, to get up all the tiny glass slivers. (Whether my wet wipe was defectively dry or just had such a tiny dampness that I did not notice I don't know. It seemed dry to me, especially since I thought it would be wet like those towelettes you tear open to wipe your hands). I also held up the phone and blew gently on the areas to be sure everything was removed. There was one small piece of the black adhesive remaining that I was able to grasp with the included plyers and pull off. There was another small piece that was still stuck that could not be grabbed with the plyers. I used the pointed end of the black plastic tool to scrap it, as well as the end of the opening tool. I then used the back of the wet wipe to carefully rub over these areas.I couldn't open the package the replacement cover was in so I just cut it open with scissors. The replacement cover has an adhesive side with a small tab to grasp to pull it off. It came off with a slight tug. I then put the cover in place and pressed down. I used the included microfiber piece to press down harder and smooth back and forth over the cover. It fits perfectly, and you cannot tell it is not original to the phone. So, now came time to test the camera. I needed to replace the camera cover because the area over one camera was so scratched that photos came out very hard to see. I was not able to take photos of checks and electronically deposit them. Once the new cover was in place not only was I able to take check photos and deposit the checks but my banking software was automatically able to take the photos instead of me having to manually do it.How long did this take? Not counting the time I spent on YouTube, about 5 minutes. I am so impressed by this product. Before I found it I thought I was going to have to get a new phone. Now my phone has a new lease on life.

looking forward to cracking my lens again!
This product was SO easy to replace!! Not going to lie, I am very frugal and was not about to pay an insane amount of money for someone else to fix this for me without at least trying on my own first.I found a YouTube video to follow and it felt easier than it should have to swap these out. It looks perfect maybe even better than it did originally. I was very tempted to crack it again just so I could take it to a store and ask how much they would charge to fix it. Plus I felt super cool and smart swapping them out so quickly.I would highly recommend this even to people that are not great figuring things like this out on their own. Have fun!

Extremely easy replacement, and looks better than OEM.
Before and after photos included with this review. I never imagined how easy it would be to repair the lens cover on my wife's phone. It took literally less than 5 minutes including opening up all of the packaging for this kit. They included way more tools then necessary, and I'm sure those tools will come in handy in the future. Very impressed, and I actually think the new lens cover looks and fits better than the OEM.

Was easier to install than I expected
This took just a few minutes with a heat gun and the tools involved to remove the old Camera Lens. (Youtube is your friend for video's about how to do this) and over all the repair was easier than I expected.Very satisfied.Update: After a short while, the back lens popped off and while it's stuck back in place at this point, I'm uncertain how strong the adhesive is.
