If you want to know what it is like for an angel to cook your food, use this salt. It adds a wonderful flavor that is distinctive. I actually made turkey bacon (yeach!) taste better than regular bacon by lightly salting it with Sal De Mar. Yes, it is pricy, so use it sparingly. You will love the result.
