My doctor recommended I try L-methylfolate after finding I have an MTHFR gene mutation. I take it alongside my prescribed ADHD medication, and for me it made a noticeable difference. It feels like my medication works the way it’s supposed to when I take this consistently. The capsules are easy to swallow, I’ve had no issues with the product itself, and I’ll definitely keep buying it. Obviously everyone’s experience is different, but it’s been a great addition to my routine.

I did a medical/medications specific DNA test and found out that my body doesn’t metabolize folic acid normally. It was also inhibiting medications to work their full potential. I started taking about 3 weeks ago and already see a slight difference. The DNA test was evaluated by a Dr.and this specific brand and doseage was suggested by them.

So my son has the MTHFR gene disorder. He was on Deplin for YEARS - and then insurance decided it wasn’t going to pay for it anymore because it was considered a “food supplement”. This is what we replaced it with. And I haven’t noticed a difference at all since the switch, it’s a fantastic alternative and very affordable. It gives my son exactly what he needs.
