This works great the perfect length needed to allow me to place my phone in my back pocket and still use my favorite headphones (short cable). Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an extension.

I bought these as a replacement for the cheap adapter that was included in the battery/protective case for my iPhone 6 and broke right after the warrantee was up. I thought these inexpensive ribbon-style adapters would hold up better being bent in a pocket all the time. The female plug was one of the few adapters that fit through the no-name battery pack and into the phone. Worked great for a week. I bought two - and neither lasted more than a week under normal use. In one case, when I tried pulling the plug out the cable broke right at the strain relief and I spent part of an hour trying to extract the plug from the unit so I could free my phone again. My advice - if you want a spare tucked away that you will l use no more than twice, this is for you. But pif you plan on using it with any regularity in an active environment, don't expect it to last long at all.

Must have for mophie owners. I have these attached to all my head phones incase I use them for my phone.

I use as a headphone extension to fit into my Mophi phone case. Works great.

Sorry to say, but the female side connector got damaged (slightly flattened) and ceased to work.And it was just regularly & normally used ....
