slide release button to the left and pull the paper out of the back.. I only had to use it once, something got stuck in machine.

Yes, it came with 10 laminate sheets.

Q: I Purchase this laminator July of 2019 and it stopped working what can I do - it says it has an 18 month warranty?

If it has a 18-month warranty on it and you have the receipt, I would contact the company to see if they can tell you how to correct the problem or maybe replace the machine for you.

When you go to purchase it it will let you know what sheets it uses and you pick one.
