I purchased this as a gift for myself after a particularly busy theater season that required a lot of wig care. I like to take care of my wigs after each show and have them cleaned, prepped, and ready for the next time I use them; especially since they aren't the most expensive but they are sturdy and work! I work with multiple theater shows a year and I always hate having to try and style the wigs before a production or after because I can never have the wigs set to a comfortable height or have them sturdy to where they don't go flying when working out a particularly difficult knot.This tripod changed EVERYTHING! It works whether I have it set up on the floor for me to stand or when I'm sitting at a table. It's sturdy, easy to assemble/disassemble and to travel around with. The only downfall for me was that I didn't realize that this tripod DID NOT come with the mannequin itself, so I had to order that separately. But if that is the only issue I have, I still say it's a major success!

This wig stand is very inexpensive but it’s one of the best wig stand I ever owned. Very sturdy.

I can't believe i forgot to review this product as I am inlove with this stand. When I purchased i did not expect it to be this good. I have used it for months and it still sturdy and looking brand new. I hate the fast that the rubber from the base keeps falling off but that's minor. It's excellent value for money , great quality, not heavy at all but still very sturdy. If you are styling wigs daily this is the stand for you.

The best I ever had. It’s very thick and sturdy !!! I placed my mannequin head on it and it’s the bomb! It doesn’t move or slide

This is THE WORST WIG STAND EVER. I’ve only had this stand for about 6 months. It’s very cheaply made, every time I use it another piece breaks off. First it was the swivel piece on top that holds the mannequin, it wouldn’t stay in one place so I had to put some fabric in it to make it more secure. The next time I went to use the stand the black piece that holds the swivel (or whatever it’s called) cracked and broke. I was still able to use the stand but it was very janky. Then the next time I used it the level screw got stripped so it wouldn’t tighten. Then the little silver stick piece that goes into the holes broke which makes it complicated for me when I’m making or styling a wig. I just want to throw in the fact that my previous wig stand (one of the basic silver wig stands) lasted me for YEARS and had better adjustment qualities. It was able to adjust much higher unlike this one which really didn’t raise too high. Bottom line is the best thing about this stand is that it’s cute. NOT PRACTICAL AT ALL.

The reason why I gave it a three star is because although it does hold my wig like it’s supposed to the hole that’s in the front makes it very hard to work with because it keeps spinning to that hole and then falling off
