Perfect for Project
For the price this is a great kit. Everything fits together, the motors that come with the kit are powerful enough but run fairly slow. Standardized mounting makes replacing the motors very easy though. The tracks are great for rough surfaces but struggle on smooth floors. Very flexible mounting, I was able to relocate some of the panels with no problem. Plenty of screws provided.

Decent Chassis
This is a decent chassis for its price but the motors were really bad. They couldn't even turn the robot on the carpet. The build quality is fine but the motors are weak.

Electronics do not match up
The chassis is pretty good and easy enough to assemble. However, the electronics do not match up with the "instructions". No printed instructions, no URL. There is a QR code that if you happen to scan it will take you to a web page that has "instructions". These are either outdated or just plain wrong because there is no way, given the components, that you can assemble the tank with all the sensors they send.

This is a $25-30 chassis at best
The quality control is awful. 2 of the m6 machine screws that hold the track guides in place were mangled to the point where they would not thread into the provided locknuts. Luckily I have an assortment of fasteners and was able to source one. Be prepared to make a trip to the local hardware store. There seems to be a track alignment issue with one side of my chassis and no matter how much finagling loosening / retightening etc. I do it won't align properly. The track still spins but at a certain point in the rotation the drive wheel grinds into the plastic track which will inevitably cause wear until it breaks at which point this thing is useless. Aside from it being a really cheap toy that's marketed as a decent chassis it works as intended and I'll use it for now until I can find something better or it breaks.

Drive wheel keeps coming off the motor's shaft - Tracks kind of easy to break
I really like how the tank is built. It has lots of space for adding things on. I built a custom acrylic case that can mount a pi, controller, and 2 battery packs under the top. This leaves even more room for things to get mounted to the top.The intention I have, because I'm still working on it, is to use this with a raspberry pi 3 b+, using a L298N controller to work the motors. I'm using 2 18650 batteries for the controller, 2 for the pi. That part works great. I had to work through figuring out how to get PWM working, using Python. That's done. It works. The only issues I've had so far, is that the tracks broke pretty easily when I was assembling it, and that the drive wheels keep coming off both sides, over time, when it's not even running on the ground, track to surface. I keep putting them back on, trying to align them so they're pretty straight, screwing in the screw on the drive wheels, to the shaft. Not long after using them, they come off again.I guess I may have to drill a small hole into the screw hole where the drive wheel is to try and make sure it stays locked on there, but I wish there was an easier alternative. All in all, it's ok, but for $79, I was hoping it'd be just a little more durable. When I say durability, again, it's all related to the tracks and the wheel driving them. The rest is very solid.

It looks good
Currently i haven't had the chance of seeing it move because i am in the programming and developing stage with the robot but so far it is doing well and it is everything that it said it would be.

Poor Quality Motors. Beware.
The motors are poor quality and weak. One only moves when it is pushed. They turn at wildly different rates under the same power. I assembled the chassis after the return period, so I'm stuck with it. Had to buy replacement motors. The treads are cheap but usable. It came with a few extra tread pieces, which is nice. The metal frame is good. Overall, not a $80 kit, maybe $20.
