Larger than expected
Quality seems good. Won't get to use them until next year because the size is much larger than expected.

Not true to size and poor quality
Ordered a size 13 little kids, that's the size my daughter wears in other shoes. These boots were 2 sizes too big and her feet slipped right out of the shoes. Boots were cute but quality was poor. Gave 2 stars because the return process was easy and was issued a full refund.

Damaged
One of the laces came ripped. As I tried to adjust the laces for my son it kept ripping more.

don't keep feet dry
I have never seen boots that somehow get so wet. Not at all good for snow deeper than once inch.
