Great concept, useful gift. I wasn't impressed by the picture quality. It would have been ideal if company used a tool that would detected, the picture quality. I would event say it was blurry in places, i felt disappointed as it was for a 30th birthday hamper.

Really please with the product ..brought as a Christmas present.I also had a second one as my secret Santa .. this product also good quality.The product was delayed .. I was particularly impressed with the customer service when I contacted seller and they responded immediately offering to refund or re send…the delay was due to post.

I ordered this for a going away present for my partner he will be working away from home for the rest if the year. It was a bit last minute and asked the seller if they could sent it sooner than it stated on my order. They replied very quickly saying they would and they did it turned up in plenty of time and it was amazing, great picture quality and a very nice item, great value for money. My partner absolutely loved it, he get to see his son everytime he has a coffee 😁. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered one of these as gift for Christmas and was made up with the image quality (for those not happy with the image quality, I’m sorry but is most definitely to do with the quality of the image you have sent, not the printing)I loved it that much a bought a second one as a gift for my husbands birthday and again I’m just so made up with it!!I just used images taken on my iPhone and picture quality has come out great!We are a lot more careful washing these than we normal would be so, so far so good, there’s been no image damage when washing 👍🏻

Well ordering it was easy, the product arrived in good time and looked great, was really impressed with the print quality of the image I'd requested and overall I was excited to give it to my husband as a novelty gift for Christmas. I'm told it kept his coffee nice and warm and basically worked as expected but unfortunately the seal blew the second time it was washed (by hand) so by day two of use over half the picture was no longer visible, rather defeating the object of the item. It wasn't mega cheap and we could have got a plain travel mug for a lot less which would have retained its appearance a good deal longer. Disappointed.
