i moved into a new building and the boiler takes hours to boil water which means more power consumption. i needed hot water to flow to the kitchen and it was difficult considering the time it takes for the boiler to heat up and the distance to the kitchen. This product came to my rescue. It was easy to install but the adapter for the inlet water wasn't friendly as it started leaking from that point after installation. I had to use a lot of PVC tape to combat the issue and all is fine now.

My builder found this quite easy to plumb in, though the expansion vessel leaked and had to have a fitting changed. The cable is only a metre long and you have to site a plug socket a minimum 1 metre from the sink (regs) so it needs to be offset. It is quite large and wouldn't fit under most sinks. I use it in my garage over a utility sink where it would have been awkward to bring in a hot water supply. The flow rate is not great, but if you set the temperature to max (80 degrees, so beware scalding) a little goes a long way! I use it on about 60% for hand laundry, washing dog dishes, garden equipment and mops. I'm pleased with it overall and it has been a practical solution to getting hot water to my garage, but I think the size and flow rate might limit it in more domestic situations.

This is the second one of these I have purchased. Works well and is good value.

A bit bigger than I thought.... had yo call plumber and moved completely the pipes to make the space.... but it works perfectly.

Came with the necessary accoutrements to enable quick and secure fixing; all in all, really worth the money

nothing to dislike, looks tidy, easy to set temperature and feeds two sinks.
