Very pleased
We ordered these shelves for our mudroom to hang dog leashes and other paraphernalia, as well as our rain gear, etc. They were the longest shelves and did not come with pre-drilled holes which worked out well since we wanted to screw them to the studs and not rely on wall anchor screws. We had a carpenter friend help with that, which I am sure will be worth it in the end.The shelves themselves are attractive, very sturdy and well made, and should last a lifetime.

Substantial and capable of actually hanging coats on it
Exactly what I was looking for. Strong, solid coat rack. We also found it easy to set it into the wall studs as the provided holes are 16" apart. Love it.

It is crap!
The shelf is damaged, the hooks are crooked and scratched. It is crap and I can't return it either! DEFINITELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
