fantastic taste
I use this product in my electric rice maker. The rice comes out like you might expect to have in a Japanese restaurant- I add just a bit of salt and butter to the finished product. I make extra because the rice is so delicious, stores well and goes with many other dishes. So Yummy - will never buy another type of rice!

Very Nice Rice, TOO expensive
I would give it stars but not from a pragmatic aspect of cost and utility. It is a very nice rice but it is too expensive to notice the difference if you are properly cooking your rice in most cases. It also seems to be milled to a much greater degree which has its pros and cons, pros being better flavor and greater consistency when cooked properly but cons are you need to be MUCH more precise when cooking and the water used has a much greater impact on flavor.

Best rice but $$
We will eventually order the large bag. It's good but expensive. Sometimes they ship as is no box, kind of risky. Great rice.

Best Rice I've Ever Eaten
This blend of two rice varieties taste great. I usually eat it with Japanese curry. I keep my rice stored in an air tight container and have not had any problems with bugs like some other reviewers mentioned.
