I am using these for a stage prop for a play I’m directing. They are very realistic and good, sturdy quality. The colors are spot on.

The center is styrofoam. Upon opening the ziplock, the whole thing literally fell apart in my hands. I didn't want single leaves made of foam. Misleading.

They two heads of lettuce look so real my husband thought I was crazy putting them in my Easter table decorations! I also ordered the cauliflower which also looks real, just smaller than the real head at the store.
