Rumford, Baking Powder, 8.1 oz

I have been using Rumford baking powder for years and it never disappoints. The fact that it is completely aluminum-free means my cakes and biscuits never get that bitter, metallic aftertaste. The double-acting formula works flawlessly, giving my baked goods a beautiful, consistent rise every single time. It blends easily into the dry ingredients and stays fresh in the can for a long time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants perfect baking results!

I buy this because it doesn't have aluminum in it like mose baking powders. Works great in everything I have used it in. I will always buy this brand unless they change the formula.

I have not tried this item yet but it came highly recommend from the online channel Preppy Kitchen love John Kennell so I trust the products he uses. Good price and fast delivery.

The reason I cook from scratch is that I can control everything that goes into my food that goes into me. I do not want aluminum in my food. The human body is not designed for it and has no need for it and can be sickened by it. Rumford Baking Powder has NO aluminum. Look at the labels of most, if not all, of the rest and you will find they do contain it. Yes, Rumford costs a bit more. But you only have one shot at good health. So I buy Rumford. It makes bread and sweets rise nicely and is very effective. You just can't ask more from a simple product like baking powder. Simple, yes. But important.

I’ve been using this baking powder for a few weeks now, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. My cakes and muffins rise nicely, and there’s no weird aftertaste, which is a big plus. It seems fresh and effective, even after opening. On the downside, the container doesn’t seal as tightly as I’d like, so I worry about it losing potency over time. I also noticed a small clump or two, though nothing major. For everyday baking, it definitely gets the job done. I’d recommend it, just wish the packaging was a bit better designed overall.

I've been using Rumford's Double Action Baking Powder for a bit now, mainly because I heard it doesn't include aluminum like some other brands. To be honest, I haven't noticed a huge difference in my baking results compared to other powders I've used, but it's reassuring to know it's a bit healthier without the aluminum. Everything I've baked with it – from cakes to biscuits – has turned out well. No complaints about the rise or texture. It's reliable and does its job, which is really what I'm looking for in a baking powder. The container size is also decent for the price. I'm giving it four stars because, while it's a good product and I appreciate the aluminum-free aspect, it hasn't wowed me beyond what I'd expect from any good baking powder. Still, if you're looking to avoid aluminum in your baking ingredients, Rumford is a great choice.

商品は間違いないと知ってて購入 タイミングもお手頃になっていたので、価格はホント良かった。 しかし、臭い。頭痛がする。 柔軟剤？臭い。緩衝材は臭い。 商品は袋に密封「風」で入れてあるが 開けて嗅いでみたが、ビニール中も臭い。 商品は、アルミ封印してある、パウダーへの被害はまだ不明。 開封が怖い とりあえず放置して匂いを飛ばす。 だから、安かったのか？自分だけ過敏？ いや匂いすごいよ、食品添加物だよ？コレ…匂いは気を付けて頂きたい。 私だけ外れ、気にし過ぎなら良いけど。
