Poor quality from what should be a good brand
These are very nice to use, with good blades and a good cutting action. However, the first pair lasted just under 2 years before the extending mechanism in one handle disintegrated. On contacting Fiskars they sent out a replacement pair - no questions asked - within a week. When the new pair arrived one handle was jammed - but this was freed with a mole wrench and they have been fine since then. I hope these ones last longer than the first pair.Further update - the replacement pair have developed the same fault with the extending mechanism within 3 months. There must be a definite design fault.

I am a professional gardener & it's useful to have extendable loppers but
I am a professional gardener & it's useful to have extendable loppers but, considering they are made by a reputable company like Fiskars, they have been in use a couple of months & one handle has lost it's ability to extend!! Something inside has come apart with the result that when you try to extend it wants to extend too far & is in danger of coming apart!! As a result I can't extend them fully now without fear of them breaking!! The previous set of the same loppers also malfunctioned in a similar fashion but I just thought it was a one off.!! Probably won't be buying any more of these from Fiskars.

Don't waste your money
Ahhh Fiskars.......What used to be a trusted brand being from Finland. What are you thinking by having your brand made in China? Granted these are doing the job for the time being ( poorly I might add) but I can already tell that they won't last. The steel they are using is low quality and the hinge is already starting to loosen. Don't waste your money folks

Broke
The loppers cut through branches very nicely. They are nice and light, as the handles appear to be hollow. When extended, they broke due to pressure applied, which they should not have done, as branch was within cutting diameter guidance. First time of use as well.

Part of my gardening tools - always in use.
These Fiskars Telescopic Loppers are normally 100% from when first used BUT this time these have been very, very stiff and have had to be lubricated and slightly loosened. The OPEN & CLOSE release method on the handles was almost impossible to turn initially, but again with lubrication is slightly better now.

Poor quality
The twist-to-lock mechanism was not powerful enough to resist normal use and the loppers were so fragile as to be of little, if any, use.

Extendable and sharp!
I have had these loppers before, so I knew they were reasonably effective on branches up to about 10 mm.

Happy with quality
Strong and lightweight with a smooth cutting action. Second pair of these I have bought. (first damaged above and beyond call of duty, Son attempting tree felling!) Good useful addition to the garden tool bank.
