I wore this watch for the first time today. It is really easy to see the numbers, even in dimmer light, and the second hand is easy to see as well.I'd recommend this watch for "medical" uses.After wearing the watch a few days, I'm revising my review.. I liked the band a lot at first, but I've discovered that it does not fasten well; the little prong slips out of the hole in the band. The watch has fallen off my arm several times. I'm going to have to change the watch band to a more "conventional" type band. (Fortunately the watch hasn't been damaged by falling off my arm).

nice legible face.strap is too small for this guy.strap clasp is weak and poorly designed.could not survive the washing machine. Came out in pieces.

Didn't keep time well, cheap wristband hardware only lasted FOUR DAYS before coming apart and hurling the whole thing to its death on a cement floor.
