I have only been using this product for a month but I can definitely say that it does stimulate hair growth and increase hair volume to a certain extent. I love how many fruits they pack into a tiny little pill (42 as I recall) which was the main reason why I decided to try it in the first place. I hate powders/blended drinks/shakes whatever fad diet people are obsessed with these days and these pills seemed like a good alternative to all that propaganda. I believe the hair growth mostly comes from the blend of healthy produce more so than other ingredients. Additionally, I do like how it improves the texture of hair and increases skin elasticity. I would suggest using this in conjunction with a healthy diet and you should be able to get realistic results. I also use an additional DHT blocker and hair growth supplement, along with a supplement blend that helps the body create its own collagen as opposed to taking col peptides (another fad that doesn’t do what all the hype claims but works fine as a placebo I suppose). I recommend this mainly for the blend of fruits rather than as a magic pill that stops all hair loss forever, regrowing a thick mane of luscious locks. Maybe it turns some people into Rapunzel but personally, I see regular, reasonable results for myself and that is with the addition of other supplements, though it is a great alternative to powdered ‘health’ drinks. 5 stars for product delivering as promised, 1 star for all the hyped up reviews promising the improbable. Take those with a grain of salt and remember the creation of a little thing called ‘photoshop’

Has anyone had elevated red blood cells taking this hair vitamin?My Doctor informed me after taking my blood that my red blood cells were not at normal levelsThe only thing I could think of was this new hair vitamin I was takingHigh red blood cell count is serious but my levels weren't too high for the Doctor to be too concerned so I held off for a bone marrow biopsy but did get my blood drained 500cc which I fainted lolAfter I stopped taking the hair vitamin I took another blood test 2-3 months later & the numbers dropped from an 8 to a 6, will need further testingI've been switching soooo many hair loss vitamins for years now but I think they are all worthlessI was thinking about taking finasteride again a real hair loss solution so the internet place had me take pictures of my hair and OMG I FREAKED OUT!My hair was beyond horrible from the pictures taken so I quickly ordered finasteride & decided to go with rogaine tooWill see how it all goes in 3-6 months but these hair vitamins are all worthless imhoGo with real tested hairloss solutions like finasteride & rogaineThose 2 workIf anyone else has elevated red blood cells taking this hairloss vitamin, drop me a comment here

I have taken the 1st bottle entirely as directed and I haven't seen results yet. I purchased a 2nd bottle in hopes that it might work if I stay consistent. The reviews seemed to give me some hope and I've fallen short. I'm staying persistent though! Update will follow after this bottle is empty. Fingers crossed.

I've tried alot of hair vitamins and this is by far the best so far. After turning 30 I was losing a ton of hair everywhere. I was clogging the drain every time I showered, I was losing hair on my brush, and it was everywhere on the floor. Then I made the huge mistake of bleaching my hair and my hair texture was destroyed and I could actually see through to my scalp on the front of my head. I've tried other vitamins with minimal success until I bought these. I'm not even done with my first bottle yet and my hair has stopped falling out. Literally, I lose almost no hair now! And my hair feels so much better, even my hairdresser made a comment how much healthier it looks. I'm starting to have baby hairs grow in where I lost a ton of hair on the front of my head. After taking this for a few months I'm sure it will grow back in. I take one in the morning with a meal, and one at night. Will definitely reorder!

The label did not say it's not for shellfish allergy people, Now when the box came it shows complete label which says people with shellfish allergy stay away. Now I have to go back and return this which removes the whole point of ordering stuff from Amazon. FYI I did not try this product.

Okay, let me say that before I bumped into this ‘miracle’ bottle I had obvious visible thinning areas from the front and to the crown area. Being brunette made it worse so always had to pick up my hair in a bun to hide those embarrassing areas. I even had to use Toppik hair fibers to cover them. Genetics and heating hair tools were to blame. I was also suffering scalp sensitivity, for some unknown reason it was painful to the touch. Then after reading the reviews of this product I decided to give it a try. After a month, let me just say that now I feel confident to let my hair down. The thinning creases on the side of my head when doing my bun are fuller. I stopped using hair fibers and I don’t have that scalp pain anymore! It’s a godsend. I’ll continue to use this for six months as recommended to recover my beautiful brown curls. My husband will start taking it too!

After taking this for 3 months i saw no difference and my hair kept falling out. I switched to Optimen multivitamins which cost slightly less for three times the amount of pills. More significantly, Optimen has almost all the same ingredients at comparable daily intake with less berries and fruit. I can tell they work better.
