Victorinox White 3½" Sandwich Spreader Serrated Edge, 3 1/2, Multi

Typical Victorinox Great Quality. I purchased this to spread cream cheese and butter on bagels and it has not let me down. The serrated edge is also nice and sharp. Another good use for this spreader is for cutting up Avocados.1. You use the serrated part to cut the avocado in half.2. Remove the seed.3. Use the non-serrated side to slice the avocado as you want.The non-serrated side will do a great job of cutting up the avocado without cutting the peal and into your hand.I ordered this spreader back in December 2017. Unfortunately, it got lost in transit and I never received it. Recently I decided to give it a try, I ordered it from a restaurant supply store and I'm glad I did. Very cool tool

Pretty basic spreader, works great, feels comfortable in the hand. The serrated end is SHARP!

Ok, but too short to keep the jelly off of my hand at the bottom of the jar.

Quality

Though this is a sandwich spreader, I use it as an ice cream spade. Spoons and other tools made for ice cream don't do well on rock hard ice cream. This small fellow is tough, has plenty to grip and never rusts, even if soaked in water for 36 hours. It does everything I require of it very, very well.

I like this little gizmo a lot! Made by Victorinox, the Swiss Army Knife folks in Switzerland. Nicely crafted and inexpensive.

I like the serrated edge for cutting, my other sandwich spreaders do not have that
