Arrived quickly and I was too eager to use without checking and thought valve was missing. I have included photos of the valves just in case someone else makes same mistake.Anyway found valves and info quickly on seller website and blew it up with ease,no pump,stayed up,no leaks,washed his hair,emptied and ready to use for next time.We are in such sad circumstances at home and I was worrying how I was going to care for my partner properly ,so I searched for such a product ,researched and found this, and it has taken one worry away from me and I can highly recommend to anyone who cares for someone ,most importantlly a huge help,worth every penny,good quality,sturdy and order went without a hitch,perfect.One good tipIf you put too much water in at first and then add more to rinse it increases the water level too high and it seeps through the middle either side of where the neck rests,a easy fix,sorted for next time.

Have had the other inflatable basin (the white one that seems to be the only other make) before and on intital sight this one is much better. Wider around the neck so not such a tight squeeze which is a big complaint of the other, and although the tube is shorter, which could be difficult for some, it’s sturdier without any kinks which made the other one almost impossible to drain and eventually manipulating it so much caused it to leak everywhere. Would recommend trying this one instead if you need to wash anyone’s hair who is bed bound or struggles to sit for long periods.

Purchased to wash husbands hair after cataract operation. A little tricky to inflate as the valves are too close to the inflatable sections so once almost inflated hard to get a firm result. Once inflated stayed pretty good for a few days. Did the job it was bought for.

This product is absolutely amazing. My Mother is bed bound, due to Terminal Cancer. This product allows us to wash her hair, thus keeping her dignity. Product is exceptionally well made. So easy to use. No leaks, or drips. Just superb

Bought this to replace a cheaper one that punctured for someone in a care home. With limited mobility this is just the job for carers to wash hair.

I have bought a few of these over the years for my disabled son, and this was by far the best one so far. Loved the softness of this one and the colour. Sadly it popped after a couple of months.

For a bedridden person this was a Godsend. It enabled a full shampoo and hair wash to be done whilst still lying in bed. Fantastic!
