Seems to open a little hot?
Fits perfectly. Easy to install. Looks high quality. This vehicle is new to me, but seems like temp gage goes a little over the normal range before this opens up. Could be the gage...Could be the thermostat. Seems to flow well after it opens. No problems noted after 10-15 heat cycles.

2013 Dodge Challenger R/T (Automatic)
I had to replace my Thermostat on my Hemi 5.7 along with the Radiator and Coolant Temp Sensor and it was easy to replace as my thermostat sits right on top so before putting it on I boiled some water to 200 degrees to be safe and put it in and I seen it open up and when I took it out I watched it close slowly…So make sure if you ever changing this out just don’t install it boil some water 1st and if you have a meat thermometer 🌡️ or laser heat gun measure the temperature and once it hits 200 degrees put it in to make sure it opens up because it would suck to have to take it off again to return it for a replacement and when you can just do everything I said above 1st to save time

3 bought and 3 failed
I bought one and tested it in boiling water with a digital thermometer. Temp went up to 208 and the thermostat never opened. I thought it was probably a fluke so I bought 2 more while I sent the faulty one back. The other two were put in boiling water that was monitored by two digital thermostats. I left them in 210-degree water for minutes and they never opened. Horrible, glad I tested them before putting them in my vehicle. never buying this brand again
