I was a little skeptical but once I tried it, it worked perfectly! I will say to cut the material slowly because it gives a nice, clean edge. Tool seems well-built, and the blade is plenty sharp enough.

Love it.. I do not have a lot of strength in my hands... so this helps a lot... now I can cut popsicle sticks for my crafts

I saw these on a video on Instagram and immediately went to Amazon to buy a pair because lately we’ve been doing a lot of quarter round replacing and it’s SUCH a hassle bringing in and out and in and out to the saw to get the cuts perfect And wow I can’t believe we ever did any trim work without these they’re amazing and a huge time saver It has multiple standard angles that go both ways so you can make just about any cut you need The blade is sharp and cuts through easily- now don’t think it’s like cutting paper with scissors because you are cutting through a thick piece of trim (pvc in our case) so you will need to use some force but it works great I have two downsides though (I’m not sure if it’s all cutters like this or just this particular one) 1 being that it’s pretty difficult to do small cuts if you aren’t cutting straight, especially if you just need a tiny bit cut off it doesn’t work that well And 2 is that I noticed when cutting the 45’s that when I would start to cut the trim would push out a little bit before the blade cut all the way through so the angle would be the slightest bit off I would suggest having someone hold the trim you’re cutting if it’s a long piece (especially the floppy pvc stuff) because it can be difficult to hold it flat against the rail and flat against the bottom to be able to get a perfect cut But other than that we LOVE these and they will be getting a lot of use in the future

Love these lil boogers. They always cut super smooth, crisp, clean lines. My only negative thg to say is the lil dial that adjust ur angles did break in half but it's still usable to get the angle im needing.

This miter shear cut one time and that was it. I tried to cut a craft stick and the blade would not go all the way down to cut the stick into. This item is worthless. And the worst thing about it is it says return by September 5th which is Labor Day so the UPS store is closed.

I’ve seen a lot of YouTubers swear by these and recommend everyone keep a set in their stash. I’m going to disagree with that. Whereas, they say it’ll cut popsicle sticks and paint sticks with ease, that was not true in my case. I had to bear all my weight down on the handle on my craft table for it to dent my table and only cut halfway thru a popsicle stick. Might work better on other thinner materials, like paper, but these will more than likely get stuck in a basket of random stuff in my craft room and be forgotten about. I probably won’t use them.

I purchased a metal-like adhesive backsplash for my kitchen, but was having a heck of a time trying to make straight cuts with regular, sharp scissors. I tried a hacksaw - same issue with causing cracks in the tile. I found these after searching on Amazon for something else to use. These were super sharp & made clean, straight cuts with minimal effort. I even used it to cut through some thick, plastic edging & it sliced through that like butter. Well worth the money!

I purchased mainly for craft projects. For thin, soft wood. Works well with some force.

This is an awesome tool for cutting quarter round. I use it on the job everyday! Angles are always perfect.
