Redolence Nebulizing Diffuser (Black) for Professional Aromatherapy by Organic Aromas

Very happy with this diffuser! Looks classy and smells great! I love the fact you can fill it and leave it for almost a day without refilling. This product is quiet and efficient. I noticed an improvement in the air the very first night we used it. I recommend this product highly.

Using a good quality essential oil, I smell barely anything. I’ll sometimes get a wiff, but for the cleaning effort and result, it’s absolutely not worth it. The biggest disappointment, is that it ran through a lot of essential oil quickly, with barely a scent coming out.

*EDITED 3.19.2021 - It took a while, but I finally was able to message with a super helpful customer service representative named Sophia. She was polite and helpful, even as she and I had to message multiple times before we both understood the problem with my diffuser. I am being sent a replacement glass piece. Fingers crossed! This diffuser is perfect when it works. I purchased this diffuser in November of 2019, and it was AMAZING! Huge output, gorgeous smell, covered the entire downstairs of my house, which has big open spaces. It has inexplicably stopped working, though- the tiniest whisp of output, almost no smell at all, even if I put my nose right next to it. I hate to give it a bad rating, because it is fantastic when it works. However, a $100 diffuser should still work after just over a year. I tried to find a way to email the company, because I hate to give a bad rating, but I got led in circles through Amazonia trying to find a contact. I am happy to update my review if I can get some help from the seller to work this out.

The product is compact and aesthetically pleasing. We have tried it once with the 20-25 drops of essential oil as described and the scent was STRONG! We have previously only used ultrasonic diffusers, so perhaps nebuilizing diffusers are just that much more potent. We had to turn it off after about twenty minutes because of how potent the diffusion was. While the smell was definitely strongest near the unit, the scent permeated into several rooms over (open floor plan).

I bought it the end of June and it has already stopped working!!

It works great! It is small and perfect for a shelf. It has a light that can be turned on/off when in use. It is a yellow led so rather bright. When it is running I can smell all through the house even up stairs! I would say that the aroma lingers for about 12 hours post it running.

Twice now my glass globe spontaneously broke. I replaced it once, but at $25, I decided to trash the whole thing. Do not buy this item.

An elegant and simplistic design with a fatal flaw. Having read the reviews and viewed a fair amount of YouTube review videos, I was confident that this product wouldn't disappoint. Well, unfortunately, it does as the product does not function correctly. I've uploaded a video with this review which provides an illustration of the issues. To be frank, the unit I received doesn't emit much mist at all. The glass piece doesn't sit flush and collects oil until it begins to bubble or gurgle oil; this leads to oil spewing out from the top as the pressure raises and makes a mess on whatever the unit is placed on. I really wanted to like this but I'm afraid I may have been too eager in my decision to purchase. Sadly, I'll be returning this. *UPDATE* Received a replacement glass top on April 12. After replacing the unit with the new glass top, I'm happy to report that the unit works as intended. I am amending my previous review to increase the star rating, reflecting my current satisfaction of the product AND the excellent customer service support I received from the seller/manufacturer! (They really went above and beyond; quickly reaching out to me about the issue with the product and delivering a solution!)

After setting up and adding 15 drops of high-quality therapeutic essential oil it turns off after 1 - 2 minutes. What's wrong? I might have to return if the nebulizer keeps doing this. My wife's water nebulizer/diffuser may be the better option.
