Very nice bar that goes well with my Precor FTS functional trainer. It works great and smooth. When i tried a heaver weight I noticed I could feel the needle bearings inside of the swivel working. I added oil in the port and it smoothed it out even more. It is better than most other cable attachment bars I have and will last years.

Well built piece of equipment. This is a heavy duty straight bar. Works well and feels like it'll last longer than I will. Worth the price.

Training

This is a perfect upgrade for my stacked weights system. I use a 2 foot chain and a hook and clasp to connect to the lowest pulley. The handles don’t move in your hands while the center connector rotates w movement. Great for doings arms curls and pull-ups. If I had the room I could use it as a rowing machine.

There is nothing to expand. Doing the job as I expected
