24X SATA 1 to 11 CD DVD M-Disc Supported Duplicator Writer Copier Tower with Free DVD Video Copy Protection

Update: Apparently these units have power supplies that fail right after the warrantee period expires. Per their service department, I purchased a new 3rd party power supply and replaced it myself. It cost around $40 or $50. For the last 6 months after replacing the supply, the unit has been perfect without a single bad DVD. I switched from Verbatim to Plex Discs which seem to work better. Original review below. Mine worked great for a year and 4 months. When I turned it on today the display lights up for about half a second then goes out and the machine is dead. I tried leaving it unplugged for a while and trying it again but no luck. It looks like it is powering up but quickly dies. I had been duplicating an average of 30 DVDs every other week before this unit failed.

UPDATE: This is awful, a year in and it just won't turn on any more. It wasn't even used that many times as I only needed it sparingly, it is on a surge protector and just will not turn on at all now. Replaced the power cable and no dice. Buy a different brand. I sell around 300 CDs every month or so, before this duplicator I was using a computer with 3 drives and having to babysit burning that would take HOURS, now I can burn about 33 discs in 30 minutes or less, insanely good burn times and the machine is very easy to use. Plex makes great CDs so it’s no wonder their disc duplicator is also great. If you need volume production this is an excellent choice from a reputable brand that I’ve come to rely on for consistent quality.

This is EXACTLY what I WANTED and NEEDED. It copies as many as 11 discs (CDs and DVDs) at one pass. It is perfectly automatic. Turn on power. Put in master disc and all the copy bays open automatically. Insert blank discs and close bays and it starts copying automatically. Gives a report at conclusion how many were copied correctly and how many had errors. The only errors I have received is when a non blank disc was inserted by mistake. I highly recommend this duplicator! Looks nice. Works great!

So far so good O.K.

I had this less than a year. Now when I turn it on it cuts off a couple of minutes later. If I turn it back on it cuts off in about 10 seconds.

wish I'd got it last year. Cool to use and it's fast. Great to have the office copies completed, no need to go and have them made.

Just used this again to make 230 duplicates of a tennis tournament production I shot. I can't tell you how much time the PlexCopier saved me, I even found myself having trouble keeping up with feeding labeled blank disc into the machine! Well built yet light weight and sturdy enough for me to move around as I need for use and storage. Works independent of my computer workstation which allows me to create labels while it's making copies. This is the way to go if you need mass production of your work.

Very easy & simple to use. It practically does everything but load & unload the Cd’s for you. Very pleased with this unit & plan to buy a few more in the future.
