Perfect for any polenta lover!
I am the biggest fan of polenta and this is 100% approved by me. The taste is great like any other Italian polenta, and it's super easy to cook and the consistency is perfect. Will be definitely buying more!

Very Tasty and consistent
Quick and easy to use. Recipes on the back were very helpful and clear. This tastes very good and it cooked down very well. It does take time, so be patient to get the thickness you need.

Really no directions
Product is very good but if you need detailed instructions forget it. It says pour entire contents in to pot of 4 liters of boiling water. Cook until amalgamated. One must do the math for volume adjustments.

Very Happy with this purchase
Product was very good quality, . The polenta cooked quicker than I expected, and the product was light and fluffy, velvety and smooth. Super delicious. I made it as a side dish for Thanksgiving, it was the hit of the party. Served with grilled Italian sausage

Not instant, but delicious.
I love polenta. I had been buying a major brand instant polenta. I thought it was ok, but my wife disliked it, saying it didn't taste like corn. The Molino Riva Polenta tastes great, lots of corn flavor and my wife loves it. I had resisted because I though raw polenta would be too much trouble to cook, but I found a great recipe on America's Test Kitchen which uses a pinch of baking soda. There is very little stirring and it makes perfect creamy polenta. I highly recommend this product.

Clumpy and Lumpy
I’ve been making real polenta for 50 years. Bought this product because I wanted the real thing from the old country. Made this exactly as I have made hundreds of pots of polenta in the past. Despite adding the polenta slowly to the water and vigorously stirring, it had large lumps of dry polenta. I will try again and add the grain slower than before, but if I get the same result, it’s going in the trash. The non-lumpy parts were excellent.

You need to know what a liter is and understand ...
You need to know what a liter is and understand the instructions because most of the print is in other languages and you have to search for the one that is in the language you understand.
