FLA Safe-T-Sport Neoprene Knee Sleeve Open, Black, XX-Large

I am very happy with my purchase. I had be suffering terrible pain on my knee. I have a torn meniscus and bad arthritis. I put it on as soon as it arrived. The fit was prefect, got it on with no problem. I ordered an XXL my measurement of my knee above 4 inch was 21 1/2.At the end of the day I took it offer to go to sleep. What a difference it made, the pain went from a 10 to a 5. By the 3rd day I had very little pain at all.Today after a week of using it I have no pain at all. I use it during the day only. It is not tight it is comfortable. The knee sleeve is well made and of good material. I would recommend it to anyone with the same problems I have.

Great support for the knee. I have an old pair that I’ve had for years and I wanted to update the pair. Unfortunately, the one I purchased was too big and they didn’t have the smaller size. I had to return the. I won’t do a workout without them.

This knee brace does the job, but I had to order a size 2XL because I couldn't find an XL available for purchase. Therefore, it's a bit large and tends to creep down my leg after awhile. It also gets very hot and makes my leg sweat, which drives me crazy! It does do a good job of keeping the knee in place, though, and I'm wearing it whenever I have a flareup of RA. Overall, if the size was correct, it would be a good choice.

I was expecting this sleeve to cover a little more area, it's pretty short above and below patella. It's also not quite as tight as I'd like, but it is the smallest adult sleeve I could find without spending a ridiculous amount of money. It stays put pretty well, but there is a little bit of bunching behind the knee. I got this sleeve for compression during running after my second knee surgery. I dont ythhink it would be comfortable wearing it with a bent knee because of the bunching, but I only wear it while running so this isn't an issue. For the money, it is a decent sleeve. I've washed it several times, and it dries pretty quick.

Got a Medium. The sizing was too big. My leg as measured per instructions is 14.5" around, 4" above the center of the patella. I had to return for a size Small. This sizing issue could be due to having muscular thighs. Size small works alright, but leaving it on too long throughout the whole day ends up feeling like it is impacting my circulation in my calf. It definitely helps relieve the pain of a loose patella though!

I've tried other brands and designs of knee sleeves, only to be disappointed. These are The Best. They stay in place, support my knee, easy care (i toss in washer & dryer) - last forever without losing shape. Highly recommend!

I'm a big guy and have had trouble in the past finding a knee support that fits.This was a first fit as advertised I purchased that was the correct size.
