These teas are very good and tasty! I’ve lost 3lbs so far and it’s helping boost my energy as I’ve been bummed out way too long!

So I am 8months pp at first I didn't care about losing the weight from my baby mainly because I only care about her well beings nd producing enough milk. But as time has gone on I really wanted my body back to the way it was before. I had gained some 70lbs and I had lost like 15lb since birth from that and have been stuck nothing I have done has made the scale budge. But just after a few days of this tea and I finally have scale movement I have lost 6lbs since starting it 3 days ago and my milk supply hasn't suffered at all. If the tea bag is in the water to long it has a funky taste I can get over the worst is the gas. It makes me so gassy and it smells so bad. But I can't really complain as I have been losing weight once I am at my goal I will be done with the tea though.

I think this tra dis give me a little boost of energy but i do not think it has helped with hunger and also it I noticed it has affected my milk supply. When i drink this tea I do not get as much milk For my baby. I would say I dips it about 50% so I will only drink this if it's the only thing availa or and I really need help waking up. Otherwise I don't recommend it if you already have a low milk supply. The peach flavor is ok, I have to drink it cold. I am able to get 2 cups put of 1 bag.

Works i can feel it help tighten my muscles after working out but omg nasty and i love tea. Either add honey or something you find to make it bearable or just get a different flavor. I prefer the green tea one.

I agree with others that the packaging is nice. I have about 14 pounds to lose postpartum. I will update with resultsUpdate: I don’t think this product will make you lose weight on its own, of course. Wishful thinking on my part. The tea is good, but a bit weak in flavor and I’d say spend your money elsewhere.

As a new mom I ordered this simply because I wanted something to give me a little more energy, and help with the weight loss... it did neither for me.
