This is a fantastic light, but It’s not for me.Bought the 60 cm version and the color rendition on your plants is phenomenal! Really brings out the reds, pinks, oranges greens and other colors in my aquarium. Super bright and can light up any dead spots in the aquarium that has shade. It has a very sleek and slender design and can really compliment not only your aquarium, but also your home. The app allows you to easily control the brightness and change the color especially for the aquarist out there who have have a saltwater tank. The cable coming out of the light is high quality braided material and overall this light is worth every penny.I return the unit not because there was anything wrong with it, but it didn’t fit my needs of dimming it very low. On the lowest setting it’s very bright which I don’t mind, but it illuminated my entire room. At times I would like my room to be dark and have my aquariums illuminated and with this light, it is a powerful one to the point it illuminated my entire room.Overall I give it a 5 Star rating for the build, quality, brand and design. It may be for you if you’re looking to purchase this light.

DO NOT BUY. If the light loses power (unplugged, power surge, your apartment loses power for a second), it will come back on at 100% and it WON'T respect your lighting schedule - it will stay on 24/7. This happened while I was away for a few days, and it fried my plants and caused massive algae blooms. Seriously don't buy this light. MAJOR design flaw.

The design and build quality of this aquarium light is superb. Very modern and attractive when mounted to overhanging stainless arms on my rimless tank. The color spectrum is very broad for both saltwater and freshwater use and the app works great. I especially like the natural mode that starts with the light dimmer, then it gets brighter through the day, and then dims again before turning off. No more light timers. Great product and would highly recommend!

I removed the black plastic beast/cover. This has transformed a simple aquarium into a show piece, truly elegant. The app works perfectly to set the light, and controls are included.

Honestly a bit overpriced. Color rendition is nice
