After reading some reviews and watching a few tutorials I deciddd to give this a try. I’m pretty handy so I figured I could handle this install, my biggest piece of advice is to take your time. I recommend sitting at a table and laying everything out on a mat or towel as you take the existing remote apart. Be careful as you remove the old rubber buttons from the remote as the tiny plastic tabs that are around the buttons can be broken off easily and that is what helps hold the rubber in the remote tightly. I had more success pulling the old buttons out from the inside rather than pushing them in from the outside as some tutorials suggest.As many have mentioned, you will likely have to trim the tab off the top button so that this will fit.This is a cheap and fairly easy solution to help make your remote look new again. I’m happy with the results, certainly cheaper than buying a new remote.
